Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I ordered a detox island green the evening of 1/21/2026 and had them add strawberries . I got home started to drink it and it tasted like watered grass. This smoothie is supposed to have mango & banana in addition to the strawberry I asked them to add . I barely drank it & didn’t finish it at all. It tasted of nothing . Really disappointed because everyone else’s smoothies were good except mine . Can y’all make this right please ?

Unfortunately, this location has consistently disappointed across multiple visits. Most recently, we ordered kids' quesadillas and a smoothie. The quesadillas were completely inedible with a strong plastic smell and taste that made us question food safety. When I tried calling to address this concerning issue, no one answered despite multiple attempts, and my voicemail was never returned.
I really wanted to support this location, but between the wrong orders, poor food quality, and lack of customer service response, I cannot recommend this restaurant. The food safety concerns from our last visit were particularly troubling and went completely unaddressed by management.

As a very frequent customer, I asked to have 2 large smoothies remade because the consistency wasn’t correct. The staff agreed but the manager said no. Losing a good customer instead of remaking the smoothies isn’t a good business decision for the franchise.

Very fast service and professional staff. Had to come back around the drive thru for a second flatbread! Make sure to try the Chicken Pesto or Cali Flatbread because these a top winners. Will return!

Have had me in a chokehold since day 1 (over a year now). Kiwi Quencher with the Caribbean Jerk Chicken wrap is my jam. It's my daughter's, also.

Food was pretty good, but overall feel seems a bit stuck in the Covid era thinking that everyone still wants takeout. I came in to eat and ended up with a pile of trash after eating that feels very wasteful. What’s the purpose of tables and chairs if I still get a to go bag and all my food bagged up. The smoothie tasted good, the wrap was ok. I remember the food quality being better years ago.

I've come to this location several times and have yet to have a bad experience. Whether you are looking for a meal replacement or just a different option when it comes to fruit or protein intake. This place can meet your needs with fresh food.

Don't get the new Hawaiian slider. It's $3.99 and the picture makes it look like a rather large slider sandwich. It's not. It's the size of a cutie orange. Smallest slider ever. It should be priced at $1.99.
