DISGUSTING!!! The worst wendys ever, spent almost 20 bucks for some hard cold nuggets that were hard as rock. Called to complain and the guy said âwatchu want me to doâ what horrible attitude. Some Hispanic guy with glasses that works there, wish I knew his name. He shouldnât be working there if he doesnât want anyone coming.
Just keep driving. Find another Wendy's. This place is so mismanaged. They keep the bathrooms locked and claim they don't have keys. Also came in for breakfast at 7:40am. Lobby still closed. The rating this store has make perfect sense.

I never cease to have problems with this location. They double charged me today then refused to fix it at the drive thru. Then claimed they couldnt refund it properly to my card. Aside from that, they always seem to mess up orders or dont have something and dont know until youve already paid.

I ordered Chili cheese fries and a medium Oreo Brownie frosty which didnât have ANY brownie sauce. I will mot return again.
The food is not good at all and what ever I ordered I didn't get it, also the service member one of them in the phone and yelling, I waited more than 5 minutes for someone's attention, I never go back again at all.

Every single solitary time we come here, the frosty machine is never working/already turned off for the night. It is absolutely INFURIATING when you have a late night craving and they can NEVER deliver.

I just called the store inquiring about a position and the person who answered the phone was very unprofessional. I asked a simple question about are they hiring and how to apply. He hung up the phone. I called back and he did not answer, I left a voicemail and will be reporting this location to the BBB.
Itâs not a store number, it the manager personal cellphone. That is not how you run a business.

So incredibly gross. I hardly ever review places. Iâve worked in the service industry, so Iâm apt to provide grace when things are far from perfect or even satisfactory. We spent 54$ on food. Buns were dried out and old, fries were old, and the mushroom burger was so gross. Sloppy and gross. We even diner in! Do not come here, there are a lot of better options near by. What a disappointment and a waste of $50+ dollars.

The worst Wendy's I've ever been to. We should've known when we pulled up at 8:15pm and front door locked and made us walk around to the other side door. Dine in and drive thru were dead. We walk in, placed our order and guy was taking our order and repeating our order to the girl at the window, when he clearly has a register right in front of him. Then the team lead/manager is at the corner sitting down on her phone. The cook is asking her how to make a burger. Idk, figured they would have been trained with building a burger. Got our food, everything was cold. They were all standing around chitchatting. I always wondered why they are always so dead. Today I learned the reason why. First and last time dining at this location. Management/Corporate these to come into this establishment and do some new hires or proper training. Very bad customer service. If I could give a 0 zero start I would. After leaving I read the reviews, and sounds like everyone has experienced bad service. CORPORATE NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING!!
