I came here this morning to buy donuts for my kids for Valentine's Day to give to their classmates. the older Asian lady was very rude to me. when I told her to work on her customer service, she screamed at me and told me never to come to the shop again. All the people in the line were shocked at how she treated me.

The donuts are delicious but the service is horrible. I went in to order 2 and 1/2 dozen glazed donuts for my daughter’s color guard team. The lady got upset and annoyed with me for ordering so many. She went back and forth with me saying “YOU SAID YOU WANT 1 and 1/2 DOZEN ONLY”. I told her if it was a problem I would order a different kind of donut if they didn’t have enough glazed donuts. I will never come back here. If you want to make a bulk order please do not come to this donut shop. They will get upset that you want to order so many and give you an attitude about it.

Donuts are truly wonderful. But the service needs some help. I was rushed to select my doughnuts because the cashier or owner said she did not time to wait on me and had the nerve to say this is not a supermarket its a small business. Well I'll take my business to Westco Donuts on Harlem. Very sad.

I’m visiting my parents and was craving a kolache since they don’t exist where I live and I went to Westco for the first time today and it was absolutely delicious! The star of the show out of my order was the ham and cheese croissant. The dough was so incredibly flaky and buttery. The sausage and cheese kolache was also a winner! Seriously their dough is incredible,regardless of what you choose. I will definitely be back before I head home!

Okay they have an amazing chicken & cheese kolache and guess what it’s halal which you don’t see offered too often. They really offer something for every type of diet & clearly have their customers needs in mind and you can’t ask for more from your friendly neighborhood breakfast spot, making them a favorite of ours. We have been coming here for years and the pink, blue & green frosted donuts are my children’s absolute #1 choice along with sausage cheese kolaches and it’s the good beef sausage too. Always fresh glazed donuts ready along donut holes made to perfection by the dozen. They don’t cut corners, everything here is delish and top notch service to match!
