Tonight I went to Whataburger around 3:30 aM. I ordered my food and politely asked for a cup of water. One of the team members gave it to me without a problem — as it’s usually free. A second employee came over and rudely told me I had to pay for it, interrupting and acting superior to the first one. It wasn’t about the charge, but the arrogant, bossy attitude. It made the experience uncomfortable and unprofessional.
