Great food. However, the ketchup is often forgotten on delivery orders. Also, when asking for ketchup in the drive-thru, we have been given a single packet for a chicken strip basket meal with chicken tenders and fries. We have received many orders with no ketchup that said to include ketchup.

Honestly Whataburger is overrated. Yea it's a quick burger fix but honestly not all that overly salty and just not that great. It's just better than Mickey D's Wendy's and BK but In & Out is way better and fresher
