Whataburgers just aren’t what they used to be. Some people try to give good service, but it’s a busy place. If only they still crafted your burger with care.

Guy bagging stuffed everything to one bag. Wanted to scoff and roll his eyes and make a smart comment to his manager who also made a remark. If I wanted my product stuffed into a bag I would’ve asked for it that way.

I went to this location today around midday, I ordered a meal and ask for honey mustard sauce, before the person aho was taking my oder could respond another lady with the name tag BARB stated that I have to pay extra for the suace, her attitude was very rude and as a result I told the attendant helping me not to worry about it. I hope management provide the proper customer service training for these staff.

Worse fast food experience ever. Ordered a burger and got it with no meat. Literally no meat. Fries were cold and took over 20 minutes to get me what I paid for. They have like 15 employees working the kitchen and not one of them have the slightest idea of what they are doing. Disgusting service. Never again coming to this location.
