missing items from delivery, called to fix had extreme additude. ok I've been going to wataburger for years this isn't the only issue I've had with them not caring about their customers not giving a shit about food quality to the point not cleaning grills and getting metal in their food then they have toxic young employees that don't have any understanding about anything, management is lazy shoving issues to the side being fake and non interested. literally get ur shit together in the Houston area yall need it ? ur slowly making ur business die ?

They Always take forever, whether it's the drive-through or online carry out orders. Usually waiting 20 minutes after supposed ready time. Ordered 15 ahead on the app for pickup and still waited 20 minutes. My sons job is 3 minutes from there and he was still late because of it. It should not take 35 for a takeout order. Will just get breakfast from Chick-fil-A, McDonald's, Sonic, or Wendy's from now on.

This is a regular Sunday Morning quick breakfast stop for me before church. Service is usually prompt, food usually comes out pretty quick. Iced coffee is always a winner. Breakfast bowl is a good call. Dining area & restroom is clean.

Jaelynn is a very friendly cashier and always greets with a smile and is very nice. ?

Parking: Lots if parking, across from Five Below and around the corner from Walmart.

The lady working in the window last night was very rude when I asked about my coffee. Then she's giggles and tell she "i dont know what to do". lol like how do u not know what to do at the job u work at. And when she gets me another coffee she hand it to me and says "it's the same thing i dont know what to tell u". Like what poor customer service and if u work somewhere u should know what to do.

Absolutely ridiculous. Ordered a number 5. Got home and they forgot to put the meat on the burger. Drove back and the manager literally could give 2 shits. Makes me a new meal which was cold. This is by far the worst whataburger in the area.

If I could share ZERO stars I would. I ordered 6 honey butter chicken biscuits for my family and when we went to eat they all smelt like spray cologne. it was terrible. we had to throw them all away because it was NOT edible. The smell was overpowering, it’s like they sprayed Axe on every single one of them. so disappointing because I have had them before & they were so good… but this was so SAD.

This whataburger is the worst I've ever had. I waited 30 minutes at the counter, and when I walked in first, they didn't even acknowledge me. Now, there's a man in line who is furious because he's been waiting for an hour. It's hilarious, bro. The kitchen doesn't even know what they're doing, and the manager is awful,that’s the person that’s been waiting for an hour lol. When I arrived at my customer's house, he informed me that whataburger forgotten to make a chocolate shake and a Coca-Cola, saying that was the only item he had ordered so dumb.

I’ve come to this location often and for the first time I had to throw both of my drinks out. The cups were dirty on the inside. I encourage everyone to check their cups before you drink.
