Ordered drive-thru using Whata App... Easy breezy. 11pm rush😬 Drive-thru was packed but the 2nd lane was steady. Food was fresh and wait time minimal. Great job & much appreciated🫡

Exceptionally slow service. We waited 40 min in the drive through for 2 burgers and a salad. It's typically very slow, but this was crazy. I think this is our last whataburger.

Update: I tried it again a year later. It still took 40 minutes for a chicken salad. It's not worth it.

I just had the single worst Whataburger experience I have ever had, and I have been eating Whataburger for decades. I ordered on the app about 7:15 ish, app said ready by 7:30. I know better, so I take my time. I get there around 7 35 and put in my slot number.

I would not receive my food for another half an hour. Even then, it was a partial order. So she took it back and it was another ten minutes to get it back.

I get home, three out of five cookies was in the bag, and two of the sodas were water.

I don't know who runs this franchise anymore, but they need to fix this store, it is always messed up. Except at 2am, you can get your order then.

Waited 35 minutes in the drive through. After all of that, they got my order wrong and charged me $39 for one meal. What a mess!

The Service at this location is terrible! I ordered my food at 1:22 Pm. After waiting about 5 minutes I was told to pull up because they are still waiting on my burger. I literally did not receive my food until 1:48 PM. Almost 18 minutes for 1 meal?! There’s no way. It was only 3 cars head of me and they had all been serviced. On the pulse side the food was hot, but there’s no way anyone should be waiting that long for one meal. Especially if they are not busy.

The food is cold and they take so long to get the food out it’s ridiculous. Doesn’t matter how you order they’re always incredibly and painfully slow.

Good luck getting your complete order if you are having delivery. I was missing 2 items I paid extra for and gravy missing from the tender meal. And when you call to try to get it resolved they tell me I can come pick up the missing items….ummmm I had it delivered for a reason!
