This spot is VERY hit or miss. But will come back because work is close by. Today is one of those miss days. Ordered a fish meal and received very little TarTar sauce for it. Also ordered large onion rings just to have my order half filled. Not sure what was up today. Find myself going in there a lot to correct orders.

I placed an online order to pickup through the drive thru…no one would answer the drive thru so had to walk in to get my order. I ordered it 15 minutes before hand to make sure it was ready because I was in a hurry. Still had to wait. The employee was rude and not helpful even when I had to go inside to get my order. Will go to a closer one next time.

To tell the truth, not a very good experience, the cashiers, usually drive thru cashiers, always make mistakes with the change, or they don't know how to count or they want to steal from customers, and the problem that they don't even get receipts is when they plan to make That, and sometimes the food comes out with hair.

The place is mismanaged and mainly with competition like raisin canes, chikfila etc there is lot to improve. For a fast food place they took couldn’t deliver my order even after 24 minutes and I told them I wanted to cancel after indifferent attitude from one of their young employees. I cancelled my order and One of their senior sincere employee came and cancelled, agreed it’s their fault and gave partial order for free. This location should take a leaf out of competition and improve their operations management and keep order delivery under 5-7 minutes.
