Just bought buffalo ranch chicken sandwich totally dry . Seem like forgot to put sauce . Bread also look old …Waited 10 to 15 mints on drive through lane after order . Slow customer service

We’ve been coming to this whataburger since it opened and it has ALWAYS had a problem with timely service. Went to the drive thru tonight and waited 45 minutes for our food! Needs better management only saw 1 adult and the rest of the employees were teenagers.
The amount of times this place has giving me food poisoning is insane! Please clean your milkshake machines properly. Every time I get one I always end up throwing it up. This doesn’t happen at the other location further up 99.
No kitchen up enough though I ask for it. Made a rerun ,

We were there today at 7:05 pm. The recept says the cashier was Aaron. We went through the drive thru and got bad service. You can repeat your order over and over again, they just don't pay attention to the orders. You can tell them what drink you want 3 times and they still ask you what drink you want. The woman at the window that hands you drink and food is extremely bitter and rude. If you ask her anything she gives you an attitude then she gives you your food and doesn't even say thank you or anything. This place was not like this before but the last 3 times we have been here we received bad service. We will not come back here again.

I had a very uncomfortable experience at this Whataburger location today at 1:00 PM. Amber was speaking very rudely to the staff, which created a tense and unpleasant atmosphere for customers dining in. Later, Kelly who works in the evening shift also displayed unprofessional behavior toward both staff and customers.
As a returning customer, this was very disappointing. This is not the level of service I expect from Whataburger. I hope corporate reviews this situation and takes the appropriate action to ensure staff and customers are treated with respect.

Our experience this morning was amazing! The food was fresh and delicious, wanted to give a shout out to John and Kayla! Great people with good energy even at 2 am!

This location has always been slow with long wait times and hardly any customers when I have gone. I am only writing this review to speak on one of the employees named Matthew who I think is outstanding, respectful, and goes above and beyond. Keep it up kid!

There’s definitely someone working morning shift who doesn’t care about the food they put out, at 5-6am fries should definitely be fresh and cooked to order and breakfast sausage should definitely be cooked all the way through, I tossed my entire order in the trash sept 11 , this morning! At 6am after noticing how hard and stalled the fries were and tried to bite into the sausage and biscuit and saw nothing but pink. Currently waiting on other places to open so I can get breakfast elsewhere , I used to work at whataburger and this location has ZERO pride
I’m currently Pregnant and for the most part been eating breakfast here around 5-6am every morning due to being extremely hungry all the time and not having the energy to stand and cook, atleast 2-3 times out of the week the food is completely off and I order the same exact meals.
