The service from JAYLA P. was BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL AND OUTSTANDING!!! From the momenT I walked in she greeted me as if I mattered and with a smile. I am not sure if she is a manager but if she is not, just based off her customer service and professionalism, she definitely deserves to be in a management role. Can someone please make sure this review gets to her managers as well as corporate. I would love to know that Ms. Jayla will be rewarded and recognized for this service. She was a huge blessing to me in a way she did not have to be. would also like to add that the sweet tea and food was fresh and delicious. I am very picky on how my sweet tea tastes, and this was absolutely perfect.

Nah whataburger sucks if you come here be prepared to feel like a hostage and wait in line for over 20 minutes. They are not short staffed. I see MORE THAN plenty of people working back there and they still manage to ruin my day by taking so long. Mind you even when there is 3 cars in front of you you’ll be sitting there for at least half an hour.

The burgers are always great. It's the service that is the opportunity at this location. Not welcoming, not inviting. The customer service and smiles are missing. Sometimes, they appear to be understaffed; which would lend itself to the long drive thru wait times.
I have tried to give this whataburger another chance but every time I do at Nighy to this location it's always no person at the front counter, waiting half an hour or longer for food and having to find one responsible person in the back to help. Last night I ordered 2 meals curbside and had to go in and get me food after 40 minutes. Terrible
Slowest service I have ever seen. The drive thru wait time is a minimum of 30 mins wait time. Do yourself well and avoid. I left the line after waiting for 15 mins and was late for work because of this so called fast food chain

don’t go at night, slowest service ever was stuck in line for over 45 mins on wednesday night.
It was super busy when I was there cos apparently they got a huge order ($$$$) and the wait was longer which I understand. The staff named Hanna was amazing. She was patient and friendly and made sure everyone was attended and got the food. They all tried their best. My order was prepared well. And the place was clean.

Be careful when making a split payment here with cash & credit. They overcharged me on my card. When I tried to fight the transaction I was unsuccessful. So now I only go to the Whataburger in Bella Terra on Bellaire.

Any woman coming here alone please don’t . As I was in the line just waiting for the cars to go one of the employees asked how old I was and asked if I wanted a sugar daddy ? This is beyond disgusting. As I was waiting I kept seeing cars leave the line and the employees seem not care and laugh about it . And top of that the wait line is crazy the only reason I came here is because I ordered it to the wrong store . Never coming here again until someone fixes this

came here at 12am and got a small meal. i had to turn the car off because the workers were taking so long to get my food out. i received my drink with soda dripping off the sides and the lid not fully sealed, it literally almost spilled in my car. very disappointing, seeing other reviews complaining about similar issues., these needs to be fixed
