It took 27 minutes to make 2 breakfast on a bun. The manager, Amber, try to insist that they were busy, except I half watched people that came in after me get their food before me.

A scrappy service location. Do better.

Delay on the line then after I paid they told my to move and wait . After more 15 minutes they bring the food and it's not as I expected.

Employees are nice and respect and I have became friends with some of them but the managers have been some of the most disrespectful to employees, in front of costumers.
The one I saw that was most disrespectful was the manager that was white and older. some young person was helping me late at night and he got mad and started to be rude.

The service from JAYLA P. was BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL AND OUTSTANDING!!! From the momenT I walked in she greeted me as if I mattered and with a smile. I am not sure if she is a manager but if she is not, just based off her customer service and professionalism, she definitely deserves to be in a management role. Can someone please make sure this review gets to her managers as well as corporate. I would love to know that Ms. Jayla will be rewarded and recognized for this service. She was a huge blessing to me in a way she did not have to be. would also like to add that the sweet tea and food was fresh and delicious. I am very picky on how my sweet tea tastes, and this was absolutely perfect.

Nah whataburger sucks if you come here be prepared to feel like a hostage and wait in line for over 20 minutes. They are not short staffed. I see MORE THAN plenty of people working back there and they still manage to ruin my day by taking so long. Mind you even when there is 3 cars in front of you you’ll be sitting there for at least half an hour.

The burgers are always great. It's the service that is the opportunity at this location. Not welcoming, not inviting. The customer service and smiles are missing. Sometimes, they appear to be understaffed; which would lend itself to the long drive thru wait times.

I have tried to give this whataburger another chance but every time I do at Nighy to this location it's always no person at the front counter, waiting half an hour or longer for food and having to find one responsible person in the back to help. Last night I ordered 2 meals curbside and had to go in and get me food after 40 minutes.

Slowest service I have ever seen. The drive thru wait time is a minimum of 30 mins wait time. Do yourself well and avoid. I left the line after waiting for 15 mins and was late for work because of this so called fast food chain
