What kind of restaurant in the summer of Texas that serves spicy food won't give you a cup of tap water. They even were rude when we asked. I have never been told no to a cup of tap water at a restaurant where I was a paying customer.
Also they had an employee on break loudly playing TikToks making it hard for us to hear each other at our table.

I placed an order online at this location. I arrived a bit early and my order wasn’t complete. While waiting inside I watched an employee cooking the food and repeatedly eating the fries while I waited. I gave him direct eye contact to let him know that I was aware of him eating and clearly he didn’t care. It grossed me out so bad that I finally went to the counter and requested a refund. I explained to the lady that said she was a manager (and on the phone with her boss) that this was totally unacceptable and there was no way I was going to eat the food after seeing this! This was very unsanitary and could very well cause contamination. Not to mention him grabbing fries out of the to go orders before bagging it. The “boss” on the phone apologized and the manager on duty offered to make my food herself but I refused. I decided to just take my refund which was probably the safest!

I’m a regular customer and this new group they have now here is lazy and unprofessional I ask for lightly sauce wings they literally gave me half of pound damn sauce way to much then when I complained about it they re did the same wings smh

Placed an order mid-afternoon online for 630pm pick up. I arrived at 630pm and was told the order was not ready. Was told the store sees orders 10 mins before the requested time. Another 15mins later my order is ready and missing items as well. Not a good operations model.

I always have a problem here. First no ranch so then I go back then realized they gave me no fries. Then she gives me small Fries and tried to tell me they only carry one size!!! Lady do you not see this big back. Point is they ain’t never got it together in there. I’m gonna go back and fight the lady in the back that served my fries. It’s on sight

One of my favorite things here are the fries – they’re always perfectly seasoned and incredibly crispy, just the way they should be.
The cashiers are super friendly and work with great energy and enthusiasm. Even when the restaurant is full (which is almost always!), the service is surprisingly fast and efficient. You can really tell the staff cares about keeping things moving without sacrificing quality or customer service.
It’s the perfect place for a quick, delicious meal. Highly recommend if you’re craving great fried chicken and a welcoming atmosphere!
