Ordered through Uber eats and I received Half of the order. I first contacted Uber with the pictures required and I received a $2 uber cash for missing half of a $42 dollars order, crazy. Apparently the store told Uber that they pack all the wings,ok, but how can The Driver stole my order without been teared the seal on the bag? Called them to ask why they replied that to Uber and I was told they can’t do anything about it. Happened to me before ordering 2go as well. Be careful to check your bags every time you get some stuff from this store

Every time I come to this Wingstop, it’s an issue. This time I placed my order on the phone before my lunch break about 30 minutes and it took me another 10 minutes to get here. They told me my order would be ready in 20 minutes when I got there. My order still wasn’t ready they told me it would be another two minutes another six minutes past and then she comes to ask me if it’s OK if they’re all flats by this time my lunch break is over and I’m late. Even asking for a refund and took another five minutes. To make matters worse, the food never compares to the one on 1464

Literally waited 30 extra minutes after placing my order over the phone. Fries was very crispy & NOT fresh & there was no ranch in my bag !!! Employees are literally touching their face with their bare hands & proceed with cooking your food without washing their hands! Would not recommend ‼️
