I’m sad to provide a provide a poor review of a coffee shop I used to love but I have to say, customer service is important and in this case, they did not deliver. Is this place under new management?

Paid $18 and no one was even there and number is disconnected. Need a refund now.

Placed an order online said it would be ready for pickup at 7:45- arrived at store and hours state they do not open until 8. Waited until 8:20 and no one ever showed up to open the store. Attempted to call and the number on the order and line is out of service. The salon owner a few doors down came out saying they sometimes open between 10 or 11 but it’s not consistent. Hours of operations need to be updated as well as online ordering availability to prevent fraudulent transactions. Hopefully I can get reimbursed.

Previously had great service and coffee, disappointing to see things make such a turn for the worse.

They just need to go ahead and sell this spot to someone who cares. The barista did not know how to make any drinks. Asked for a flat white was given it in huge cup. Taste like
Hot sweet milk even though I specified half sweet. My iced latte tasted like I made it at home.. the space looked unkept and had a weird smell. overall was an uncomfortable awkward experience with mid drinks.

Don’t have cold brew - don’t have drip coffee, literally everything on the menu they don’t have then why are you even open?

So many options and all were excellent. Affordable and funny. Have to try the Pandan matcha latte.

Tried to order two chicken empanadas and she only had one. So I went to order elsewhere.

I love this coffee shop! Great coffee , great service. I go there all the time. Last time I had to use the restrooms for the first time. The restrooms are absolutely disgusting. That's the only reason I gave it 3 stars. Cleaningness is really important. There are too many coffee shops around for this to happen.

food i alright, person working was weird, cute and cozy BUT EVERYTHING IS ATLEAST 10$
so keep that in mind, if u want three things 30$ doesn’t even matter what it is, this is the most overpriced coffee shop in houston

Out of all the coffee shops in the area, this one is literally favorite - the flavors are always in each drink. My favorite drink is the NY Cheescake

Ambience and environment was great.
Asked for an iced caramel latte and the coffee did not taste good, no taste of caramel. Also got a chocolate croissant and it was very brittle and a bit bitter.

Spot is great, coffee not so good.
