The food was not even Chinese! It was the most ridiculous tasting meal costing $50 - not worth it!! I’d never recommend this place to anyone - we have eaten Chinese plenty of times before, but nothing as horrible as the one from Yumi Cafe - NEVER AGAIN WILL WE GET ANYTHING FTOM THIS PLACE - NOT WASTING $$$$!!

Let me just start by saying the food here is ALWAYS fantastic. We come here at least once a month and it never disappoints. We always start with an order of the Crab Rangoons，they are perfectly crispy and the filling is so creamy and delicious. The sweet and sour sauce they come with is the perfect dip. For our mains, we got the General Tso's Chicken(spicy, just how we like it!) and the Beef with Broccoli. The General Tso's is the best in town—incredibly flavorful with that amazing sweet and spicy glaze on super crunchy chicken. The beef was so tender and the broccoli was fresh and cooked perfectly. The portions are huge! We always have enough for lunch the next day, which is a huge plus.
The service is fast and super friendly. The place is always busy and lively, which gives it a great energy. It's not fancy, but it's clean, comfortable, and the food is the real deal. Plus, the prices are very reasonable for the amount of food you get.
If you're looking for authentic Chinese food, this might not be it, but if you want delicious, dependable, and satisfying American Chinese food, Yumi cafe is the absolute best. Highly recommend!

We have been using Yumi as our go to for 10 years now. Even during Covid, we would pick up our food from the door. They catered my 50th birthday with some amazing food. Everybody was talking about and it was very affordable. Wonderful family highly recommend.

this is a spot for people looking for good quality / Katy Asian town without too many people around. No crazy light show inside. Just , a good ol dark spot to enjoy some fire ramen.

Normally everything is great but yesterday was not. The soup came and right away so did our meal. Waitress never came to check on us - too busy with her phone, Egg rolls were terrible (usually they are good) - its like they have changed their recipe. Fortune cookies were stale - I mentioned it to our waitress but she did not seem to care. Not sure it we will go back for awhile.
