The first time my wife and I ate there, the food was okay. The second time, yesterday, I ordered the meatloaf, chicken salad, and pasta salad. The meatloaf was dry and hard; I think it was made several days before. The brown gravy was dry, and the potatoes were cold and tasted horrible. My wife's salad was also terrible; we're sure the servings were made several days before. We won't go back there again. I don't like to comment negatively on places, but it was the most horrible experience we have ever had; we left all the food there.

Bird's is a good restaurant to eat at. I have always liked roast chickens. They are the best in Rio. However, yesterday I went to lunch at noon and ordered a green salad with chicken salad and elbows and I was unpleasantly surprised. The elbows were horrible! It looked like they had been in the refrigerator for over a week! The person who served me knew that this was wrong and served it to me anyway. I called the lady and told her that I wasn't going to eat those elbows and she offered to give me something else, but at this point I was already disgusted by everything and I just asked for a discount because that was inedible. She kindly agreed to give me the discount. I don't understand why they offer customers spoiled food that has been in the refrigerator for days. They may not return to your restaurant. Unfortunately, it was not a good experience and I will never order a salad at Bird's again.

I’ve walked by this place so many times and finally decided to stop today. I’m so glad I did! The chicken was amazing, the mashed potatoes were super good, and the rice was perfect. Everything tasted aaammmzzzingggg !!!! , and the prices were really good too. It’s so close to my office, I’ll probably be coming here every day now. Lol.

The rotisserie chicken here is bomb! Our whole family loves it! If we could order every day, we would ? The plate of whole rotisserie comes with potato salad and rice, corn tortillas and salsa. I loooooove their potato salad and I don't know what that salsa is...is it salsa or adobe?...but it goes so well with the chicken! It is DEL...ISH..SHOUUUS!!! I usually make myself a taco with the corn tortillas by adding the chicken, potato salad, rice, and the salsa. Perfect! ? Highly highly recommend! I haven't tried their other plates yet, but if this is this good, I can only imagine how good the rest of their food must be! As for the service, it wasn't that bad, but I did consider giving it a 4 star because when we ordered, the lady told us the chicken wasn't ready yet. We needed to run an errand so figured maybe we could go do that while the chicken finished so we asked the lady how much longer until the chicken was done and she said she was going to check and never came back to tell us ? So we took off to go run the errand and then came back later for our order. Maybe she got busy and forgot we were waiting for her answer? That was the only flaw to our experience, but not that big a deal. Went and ordered again another day and they were pretty cool and quick, so no biggie.

I had to go back to the car. look for it, go in to order, wait for the payment to be made and in the end be able to use the bathroom (they were older ladies)... very bad experience, neither because I was pregnant nor because they saw how it was coming, their hearts were tempted, also the food tasted bad, the tortillas were good. hard and rice in the same way

I dont recommend the chicken. I've only eaten once here. Fairy clean place. Small restaurant. I ordered the chicken plate. Half chicken the size of a tiny bird. Not sure why they served rice with mash potatoes . Kinda weird. Mash potatoes very cold. It wasn't potatoes salad . So I didn't like that. The chicken had a tasty flavor , very dry and difficult to eat.I never went back. If I do in the future it won't be for chicken.
