The food was oh so good. It was authentic Mexican food. It tasted like someone's abuela and Tia were in the using recipes passed down for generations. I will definitely go to Caros. Highl recommended.
We ALWAYS have lunch at Caro's when we are in RGC! This time I had the Chicken Fajita Salad! It is fantastic!! It was light not greasy and very flavorful! Try it! You will like it!

It's just like I remembered the service was great a very friendly waitress. She took our drink order, then brought us some chips and salsa. We started with the puffy tostada's with guac and some with nacho sauce. We had the fajita botana for 1 but 2 can eat from it and the enchiladas. All our food was really good, hot fresh and deliciousThe puffy tostada's are awesome.
