Breakfast Restaurants in Rio Grande City, TX

“Coming home to Rio after several yeats of traveling and finding out that we have an IHOP is amazing news. As we entered the building we were greeted by Cesar Rodriguez who was very polite and courteous. He was also our server which he did an outstanding job. Always attentive to our needs. Food was as we imagined it and at the right temperature with very minimal wait time. Definitely will come again.“
