The service during our visit was horrible .We arrived at Denny’s at approximately 10:30 AM and did not leave until 12:25 PM. The wait time for our food and overall service was extremely long and unacceptable.
We understand restaurants can get busy, but spending nearly two hours at the restaurant for breakfast was very frustrating. There was little communication regarding the delays.
Loved everything n the service is great 👍😊
Seriously Dennys in Rio is slacking, the mashed potatoes look like oatmeal, the cheese on the sandwich was cold, the chicken was burnt, the ranch looks and tasted like mayo. SMDH 😤🤬

Based on the reviews, Denny's Restaurant is a great place to eat with friendly service and excellent food. The food is absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavor, coming out hot and exactly as ordered. The service is friendly, quick, and incredible. Specific servers provided great service, making sure everything was good and drinks were refilled. The managers made sure everything was on top, were more than amazing, and checked up on workers, showing good leadership. The restaurant felt clean with a calm and peaceful atmosphere. The best food diner has good portions and fast service. People highly recommend the Denny's in Rio Grande City and would come back again.
