My experience there was the worst the manager that works there was so rude and gave me bad chicken that was not fresh when I called they said to go for my new order then when I get there they want the old order which they had not said in the first place and then I take it and they give me less than what I had paid for so I called back and they were super rude and did not care to lose a customer. I really don’t recommend kfc To anyone. Unless you want to have a bad experience because this is not the first time they mess up but for sure the last for me

I ordered a family order for delivery I ordered original I had not had it in a while and I always liked eating the original I had asked for leg and thigh only they sent the opposite on top of it the original tasted horrible the skin was incredibly soggy and some of the meat tasted like it was not fully cooked this is the second time I experiences from the time I went to go eat in and this will also be the last time I go there extremely disappointed with KFC which used to be my favorite restaurant the only thing I could stomach was the coleslaw and the mashed potatoes

Ordered 8pc, mashed potatoes and coleslaw with 4 biscuits and they literally didn’t give me half the order! Even after asking 3 times what my sides were. Incompetent! I called and they said they can give me a mashed potato for free for the inconvenience lmao I literally have to go put gas again to be able to go pick up what they so stupidly didn’t put in the first place. Should’ve given a refund or something actually valuable for the inconvenience of spending money and not receiving what I ordered and then have to go out of my way to go pick it up again. At this point yall should come drop it tf off at my doorstep. Check your bags please cause these people a little slow.
