Came in to this panda express with hopes on having black pepper chick entree cuz it's my favorite while driving thru and when I arrived they were out. I was bummed out and asked if they would make more but the cook at the time was in break. Michelle went out her way to start making it for me being the chief leader. I didn't mind the wait, what I did appreciate was that she didn't even hesitate or made up an excuse to keep the costumer happy. Thank you Michelle for doing what you did.

I asked fot sirloin steak and I was told it will take 5 minutes to cook it because the leftovers in the serving bowl were not enough.. I waited 5+ minutes cause I really wanted fresh food and...surprise...🫣 I got the leftovers!! my serving was cold and the. meat super hard.. amazing when employees think is better to save $3 instead of having a happy customer... here in this county unhappy customers is the best way for a business to go down..their choice💁♀️

Food was hot and fresh! They forgot my egg roll and when I called to let them know. I felt as if they thought I was lying. Really? A $2 50 item and I have to drive back to Panda Express to get it.

Asked for more suace because i had around 50 dollars worth of food and the lady handed me like 3 more suaces and i said thats not enough can i have more and i got told no our stock is low, i didnt have enough sauce to eat most of my food, this is pretty ridiculous especially considering panda doesnt do the little buckets of suace like every single other chinese restaurant, wont be coming back here again ever

I don’t know if they have their labels mixed up on the chicken. We asked for orange chicken on both plates and we got general tso. I get one, BUT BOTH PLATES? I personally can’t eat a lot of spicy foods.
