this morning i was studying and my damn drink fell over. the shift supervisor MARIO came to save the day. He not only helped clean my mess up, but was smiling, genuinely, about it, as if this was the greatest day of his life. I've been to several locations where I have to wait more than 10+ minutes on the same order but this one is really fast delivering my order. I've been twice at this store. First time took them 30 seconds after completing my order on drive thru. Second time 50 Seconds. I really appreciate efficiency and quality of service. Thank you all and keep up the great work.
I usually try to avoid starbucks in my travels, but I'm in town working for a few weeks and this place does have my favorite atmosphere and workers of the shops around. Been here working daily for a bit...will be for a while longer...and I feel totally safe and comfortable and happy doing so thanks to the people, really. Thanks team 💙
