Pho Houston serves authentic Vietnamese dishes that deliver the real deal, with refreshingly fair prices. The pho is rich, aromatic, and comforting—described as the best pho some have ever tasted, including the Pho Tai Gan and Pho Tai Nam. The fried chicken dumplings are hot and tasty, served with various sauces and a perfecto carrot and cabbage salad. The Vietnamese egg rolls are sooo good, and the spring rolls are very refreshing and delicious paired with their peanut sauce. A banmi is called the star of the show, with the best looking French bread. Thai Tea is also a highlight, considered the best ever. The calm music and ambiance are loved, and the service is great, with staff always sweet to toddlers. The food is received in a very timely manner. There are many other options on the menu, all healthy and tasty, plus a great range of drinks from Thai Ice Tea to Modelo. It is a little out of the way, but absolutely worth the drive. Warning: The pho is addicting.
