Place is so cozy and just nice! We loved the atmosphere! Food was great! They had two choices when we went. They served meatloaf and stuffed chicken. Since we got there almost at 1pm and made a late reservation, they ran out of the cornish hen dish, which I wanted to try, but the meatloaf didn't disappoint. Plates are loaded with big sides of vegetables and salad and a big baked potato loaded with goodness. Price is just right at about $14 per plate. I will definitely go...
The hidden gem of Rio Grande food scene. Small quaint place decorated with a homey atmosphere. The food is only made it you reserve your plates ahead but you will not be disappointed. The dishes are changed daily but I'm pretty sure it will be delicious. The chicken fried chicken was tender juicy and delicious. This place is a local secret but if you get a chance call ahead and drop by.
