Meat Preacher is by far the best BBQ in the area and the real deal. The food has outstanding and amazing flavor, with great smokey flavor on all the meats. The brisket is so tender it just falls apart and melts in your mouth, and the ribs were the best ever. The sausage is also amazing. Nothing disappoints. The sides are great too, including a delicious cheesy bacon potato, the best Elote, and a baked potato that could easily feed two people. The portions are great. The Texas Twinkies are always delicious. The service is top notch, warm, friendly, and eager to serve. The staff are always friendly. It is highly recommended for catering events as well. Get there early for the good good.
