This place is run down and dirty. Bathrooms haven't been serviced properly in years and the floors need some serious help throughout the customer area of the store. The drink/condiment area was super dirty, and there were no napkins, so I grabbed the big roll of bathroom paper towels that was sitting next to the register and cleaned it off for those coming behind me. The customer service was also not great. The Impossible Whopper was tasty but overcooked. Best part was the fries....read full review
