Asked for a thin ice white coconut this past week. Tasted like soapy water. Thought it was strange because I am a bahama bucks regular. Then I came in the NEXT DAY. And ordered the exact same order. Again tasted like soapy water. If you go inside it also smells like atrocious sewage. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION

Unfortunately the way the drive through lane is constructed you are trapped once there are cars in front and behind. 34 min (and counting) to make a few snow cones is wild…
Update: departed 42 minutes later at 7:17. Our 2 snow cones were halfway melted. No acknowledgement from employees of absurd wait time. I understand every business has some “off” days but this is not that.

It’s always great to come, but tonight she was the only one here working from the time we got in here about and 9pm August 27. Luckily the drive through was closed due to staffing issues, she had about 20 customers come in and she did this all by herself and she should not be here by herself at this time of night.

Nice place. I took my grandkids out for a slushy. The staff was wonderful with small kids. The smallest size was still too big for small kids. But it was wonderful. They can’t wait to go back. See you in a couple weeks.

I asked for a snow cone & I waited for 15 minutes & I got a drink! The floors were sticky & all they worried about was the drive through line! Not a good experience!

I love bahama a bucks but this location has been a disappointment time and time again. I always get the same thing but the accuracy of how it’s made is never consistent. The wait times are out of control, especially in the drive through and tonight I literally watched a girl at the drive though chat with her friend in the car of me for a full 5 minutes instead of helping get orders going. After finally getting through the line my order barely had any flavoring and was supposed to be a flat top for travel and was not even filled to the top (see photo)

This place has Sugar free options... perfect flavors! I always get the sugar free mango and tigers blood with mangonada or Piccadilly toppings... Super yummy! 😋

I had just went here to trade with one of the employees some food from the restaurant I worked at for a smoothie from there. Well she asked me what I would like and the manager Randall decides to come over and starts yelling at her and me saying how’s it’s complete BS how I cut in front of everyone and yelling at her that she better not make my drink. (btw everybody was already seated and mostly served and no one in line at the cashier). So I told her how I will sit and wait. But here comes randall again. He started yelling at me saying “Do you have a problem with that, do you have a problem with that, if so then leave the store”. Which I ended up doing with no smoothie in hand. I work at a restaurant myself that gets way more busy and not one of my managers or coworkers has ever lashed out like that to a customer or my friends that come in, especially in front of a lot more customers.

The ice isn’t smooth, i feel like Bahama bucks is known for their soft/smooth ice…. Both times I’ve gone the ice has been super chunky, I’ve had big chunks in the cup! Unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be back!

I wanted to thank the general manager Randall Clark for finally getting me my order I was promised by the owner from the North Tarrant Parkway store. I reached out to that location in May and they said that they would send me a coupon but I never received anything. I even called and left voicemails but never got a response. It’s just so disappointing that I had to come to another store for them to see all the attempts for them to make it right. Thanks so much for the great hospitality and customer service Randall. As for the other location on North Tarrant Parkway the owner should have done what was right. It’s just sad. I would recommend that if you want great service come to the location at 852 E Hwy 114, suite 110 Roanoke, Tx.

They offer exceptional snow cones, great customer service, numerous selections, and the convenience of a drive-thru for easy ordering. For 4th of July they added an American Flag in our Snow Cones! Great place for a quick stop!

The young lady helping me, my husband, and brother was so very helpful and knowledgeable. This is my 3rd time visiting a Baham Bucks so im not very familiar with the menu but I could recall the delicious flavors. So ,I briefly described to her what I wanted or could remember from my last time ordering. Anyhow, she did an excellent job in making my order absolutely delicious. Thank you so very much. We all loved it.
