For the first time, I ate there. Why? Because My Cowgirl has ate there many times and enjoyed the food. OK, I went because of her. But, I don’t eat anything that comes out of the water, so a little concern is there. WOW! What a menu, huge choice of non - seafood items ( a rarity). Everything I ordered was top notch and delicious. My Cowgirl got the Seafood Platter and enjoyed every bite. So, good food, very good service and an excellent atmosphere. We went for dinner late on a Saturday. The place was fairly empty. It has more of a bar and grill feel more than a cajun. Had the dirty balls as an app. They were decent. The sauce was not what I'd expect for a cajun resturaunt but good. From there had a bowl of gumbo and the reddish Rockefeller. Gumbo was ok but just not what we were looking for. The redfish was very good. Overall we'll be back.

Overall, it was good experience and good food. Unfortunately, my oysters were fried a little too much and had a bit of a burning taste. Not enough to be deterred from visiting again. The rest of my table had great fried food. My crawfish bisque, however, was amazing.
