Chick-fil-A never disappoints—I'm there for the grilled chicken nuggets, but I stay for the exceptional people. Special shout-out to Giana, who truly saved my day by letting me use her cell phone when I realized I'd left mine in my colleague's car. That kind of genuine kindness is what makes this location stand out.

I made a mobile ordered and they did not give me my float. The employee was rude and wouldn’t come back to my car. I called the help line and they told me someone from the store would contact me that day but no one did. This has happened so many times it’s actually ridiculous.

Every other chick fil a does extra honey butter, I don’t understand why the manager at this location has a stick up their butt. I only ask for extra cause if I don’t, I don’t get any honey butter. And the guy on the headset needs to learn how to talk to people, he had an attitude from the start

Walked in Christmas Eve about 3pm. Immediately upon walking in we get a sense that we are not welcome there. Anyway, we order food and towards the end of the meal a young dark headed lady with glasses comes to our table to tell us that they close at 4pm and we need to leave soon. I understand it’s Christmas Eve but the way she told us was very rude and not friendly at all. It was 10 min till 4pm and I don’t understand why she had to come up then and tell us that when we still had time to finish our meal. Idk Chic fil A has always been friendly and respectful but this is the first time we got treated with disrespect. I should have got her name and told her it was rude what she did but I blew it off. Her wearing the long sleeve blue uniform tells me she is a shift leader or supervisor. I am very disappointing in our visit. If she didn’t wanna be there Christmas Eve she should have take off work or not come in and have a bad attitude and treat customers rude.

I spent an additional $5 to add bacon and sausage into my breakfast burrito and explicitly asked for no hash browns. And asked at the register if the burrito is correct and said yes. When I got home the burrito had not protein other than egg and hash brown. CFA used to be good, but they will most likely get your order wrong and care more about speed than quality. Incredibly disappointed.

Standing in the lobby looking at a group of 6 kids in the drive through area standing around literally talking about how bad they're generation has it while I wait for my pickup order. They're going to make me late to lunch with my son. All I ordered is some chicken minis, they should have been ready long ago.

Absolutely love this Chick-fil-A location!

The service is consistently fast, friendly, and genuinely caring every time I visit. The team always greets you with a smile and goes above and beyond to make sure your order is perfect. The restaurant is clean, the staff is professional, and even during busy times they move the line quickly and efficiently.

My food is always fresh, hot, and accurate. It’s rare to find this level of customer service these days, but Chick-fil-A continues to set the standard.

Highly recommend—5 stars all the way!

Alice and Brooklyn were so cute and so sweet! It was my son’s 6th birthday and did an amazing job at making him feel so special! Of course food is great as always… location very clean and everyone is so kind and to the extra mile! Thanks for making my boys day 🥰

Thursday, November 13th around 4 pm the young man was rude and after I said thank you he ignored me:/ the brunette girl was nice though she needs a raise, she said my pleasure
