Went here with my boyfriend to have dinner tonight and ordered chips and salsa as an appetizer. When we got the chips my boyfriend started eating them but quickly stopped as he realized what was left in them. There was a long hair around one of the chips! I quickly called over someone I believe to be a manager, explained the situation, and asked for new chips. He did so right away, but that was that. No apology or anything more than “of course let me get a new one”. As a manager, and someone who seemed to have experience in the food industry, I would expect more of a response or even shock from the situation. Seeing he was not shocked one bit tells me this happens more often than not.
We assumed (like anyone would) that it would be taken off the bill as this is a huge health/safety concern. However, when we went to pay it was still on the bill! Good thing I checked the order items before paying! I had to ask to see a manager again and ask for it to be removed from the tab. He filled up with an “of course”, but again no apology or anything more.
It's Chili's my stars are based on that. Food was fine, the burger was good although I should have added a patty, I was hungry coming in and left still a bit hungry. That's on me though.
The waiter was actually attentive and came by to check on us with just the right about of frequency. I can't say that about past waitstaff. He was new as well, but he knew his assignment.

I’ve only ever dined in with friends and family and the service is wonderful! Food and drinks are so affordable and incredibly delicious— The staff there works quickly and efficiently, always so friendly and on the plus side the kids enjoy it

I bought a soup and salad through uber eats and it was $16 + $4 for my drink, my salad was super tiny and they only gave me half a ranch! Restaurants are taking advantage of the fact that you yourself aren't picking up the food....I paid $20 and I didn't get full off my food. Don't order delivery 😒
