I was having dinner last night January 5th,2026 and while me and my date where having dinner a cockroach started crawling on top of our table while we where eating, we told a staff member who immediately tried to kill it. The part that bothered me is that she knew the cockroach was at that table and still sat us there; she yelled at her coworker “I found it again” if you know a roach is hanging around a certain table do not sit customers at that table… disgusting. The size and the non bothered attitude of the bug tells me this place might have an issue with roaches. I of course paid my tab in full as well as tipped. But there should be higher standards, roaches on table tops WHILE you’re eating is unacceptable, especially if they know of the problem and still seat customers where the problem is occurring.

Great service and a menu so big everyone at the table can live their own best life. From picky eaters to “I’ll try anything once” people — covered. The desserts? Dangerous. Do yourself a favor and sign up for the loyalty program so you can always get free chips and salsa (they know what they’re doing). Food this visit was a little on the cool side — not quite “fresh off the grill,” more “fresh off the warm bench.” But we were hungry, happy, and not in the mood to send anything back, so it still disappeared quickly.

I would give this a negative review because I was just in their to grab an order for door day and the girl working today take out gave me a snotty attitude and wouldn’t go get a manager when I told her my order was stolen wouldn’t do nothing I hope she gets fired today because I’ve had multiple Order stolen that were mine and they are suppose to get a manager

Service was wonderful and friendly and it was good food. I grew up going to chili's and still love it. This one is one of the best ive been to.
Tonight order old timer with cheese burger came out in 5 min. Cold fries , had to ask for fork, napkins and ketchup after I figured out the fries were cold I returned the food server walked straight to manger and she just swiped in a removed the food not even a concern given . Wow

Excellent service everytime we go. Chase is the man! Half rack of ribs is almost as big a full rack and a full rack was enormous. The rancher bacon double burger is so delicious and a big burger. Love going here.

THIS LOCATION NO LONGER SERVES THE SKILLET QUESO. As someone who has been in a protein heavy diet, the queso has been a treat many times. DO NOT, let them try and convince you that the south western queso is an acceptable alternative. While this will likely affect their business, my family and I will no longer be eating at chillies for the foreseeable future. Other complaints as I don’t intend on returning to give them another chance: One ordered a Black berry margarita, 10 mins latter, received a …. Small, regular margarita… Did not feel like waiting for another. Also ordered a house salad making it clear we needed needed just lettuce and cheese, we revived it with a strange sauce and tomatos
