I eat a lot of Chipotle and this has to be the worst run location I've been too. Always out of something basic such as fajita blend, steak, or brown rice. Always more dirty tables than clean ones

This location always does a bad job with online orders. I have ordered burrito bowls multiple times for lunch and it has always arrived with way less protein than you would normally get if you went in the store and ordered it, which we have done as well plenty of times, so not making just false claims here. Today my lunch was delivered without chicken, so just rice and pinto beans smothered in sautéed veggies & cheese. I don't think I will be ordering from this Chipotle going forward. Very poor service!

Ordered for pick up, show up at the time I picked. Order said it was ready for pick up. Wait 30 minutes literally. Ordered two bowls, chips and guac, and a burrito. Was told they were out of rice 2 times, asked for a refund, and was told to call a number (like wtf can’t you refund in store). Before I did that i was like “can you just use the rice you use for people who dine in”. So that worked, they started using the rice and making the meals, which took like 15 minutes. Then was told they were out of chips, like bruh. Literally first time I can back to chipotle after about 5/6 years cause last time I got bad food poisoning, and I have to wait 30 minutes for my order that said it was ready. Food didn’t even come out the best and I paid for chips and guac and didn’t get it. Not coming back, every time I come somethings always messed up. This location needs better management or something, you shouldn’t be out of literally everything. I’ll just go to fuzzys instead like usual.
