Chipotle is great! But, this location is in need some serious management intervention.
The steak was cold the entire food line was dirty, the employees had their own music blaring in the background (not cursing) just dirty and not looking to be very helpful.

Horrible customer service. My app said I have a free chips available. Then when I go to check out it said I didn’t meat the qualifications for that item. Ok, no problem. I go to the window and ask to buy a small bag of chips he said I have to come inside. Or if I wanted the free chips on my app I had to pay $5 again after I just paid for my meal.
He could have just given me a kids chips like I wanted or rang me up for a full bag but just looked at me. In the picture is my food.
So, on top of trash service, expect trash food with terrible portion sizes.

Loved chipotle always. Today ordered queso with chips with my burrito. The queso had piece of meat, when I brought to managers attention. The unapologetic manger says we can get you a new one. Rude attitude staff. They don’t have courtesy to say sorry or see if the box they are serving has any meat by mistake. Zero respect for customers dietary preferences or them.

I love their food. The portion change based on who serving. Yesterday I got big side burrito bowl when I ordered online but when I get it in store, it will be less. Constantly one thing always worst is their chips. It is so salty. Salty means salty. I hate to order chips in future

Please look at better options. This restaurant sucks. I left work tired, looking for something to eat quickly, and the closest thing I have is this Chipotle. BIG MISTAKE. From the beginning, the person serving the food practically counted every grain of rice. I paid $27 for my order, which included chips with cheese. When I tried the first chip, it was HORRIBLE. I went to talk to the person in charge to change the chips. I wasn't asking for my money back, just to change mine. When I told her they were old, she got all worked up and told me that's what she had. I told her to give me new ones, and she told me they were all made this morning. I told her I'd even try them to see if they were bad, and she said no. That's what was there. I told her how they sell bad things, knowing they're bad, they can even poison someone by selling bad food. Yes, the chips, which is something simple, were old. I can't imagine how old everything they serve there was. DEFINITELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The widow should shut that place down. I’m not surprise thy have 3 starts. Should be 1

A fee weeks ago, I placed a mobile order for pickup in drive-thru and received the wrong order. The bag tag was correct, but the bowl inside had another person’s name and order. They called me and made it right, so I let it go. Last week, the same thing happened. I won’t be going back to this location.
I had been in a few times to this location since moving near it and had no issues before today, but today it was very disappointing. Ordered ahead thru App and Upon arrival ( even arriving later) my order was not ready, which happens sometimes. But then when I got home with my order it was missing salsa and had the wrong protein (which I paid extra for over what I got).

I ordered a chicken taco from this Chipotle location, but instead, I was handed a bowl of guacamole. When I called the store to report the issue, not only did they fail to resolve it, they didn’t even apologize. Completely unprofessional and disappointing service. If you care about getting the food you actually order – and being treated with basic courtesy – I suggest going elsewhere.

I agree with the comment below, worst chipotle in town! Service is horrible, employees are rude, last time there was a fly in my bowl on the lettuce part. Then today was told system is down and couldn't even take our order. Just bad in every aspect!
