If you want to waste your hardly earned money on horrible food which tastes like nothing , be at this restaurant and spend your money . It is a terrible experience inside out.

This place is nice, from being seated and the wait staff all personnel was wonderful. Has a nice view to the outside very well decorated. Meal Presentation was wonderful, food was great. Great date place, but can handle groups.

This was a disappointing experience. The longer the night went on the more evident it was why the dining room was mostly empty on a Saturday night. First of all, there were about three gnats circling our table the entire meal. The flavor infused bourbon was laughable. Anyone who's ever had a sip of decent bourbon before would know that all of their options basically taste like they have snowcone syrup added to them. The food was average at best: the salmon was overcooked and the fries were flavorless. I will not be returning.

Love the rooftop atmosphere! Great drinks and martinis, especially -had the cheeseboard. Came to catch up with a friend with drinks. Perfect location for this!

We had a table at 8pm on 04/14 outside and our waitress was extremely rude. She was older blonde hair and couldn’t be bothered. She made it seem like she didn’t want to be working and we are not difficult people but today, she made it hard to celebrate our friends birthday in peace. We got food orders 35+ minutes after we ordered our drinks and sat down and she rushed us at the end knowing it was the restaurants fault for being late on food because our reservation was at 8 and we sat down at 8:20. We actually told the front lady it was okay because a few people were running late so we were being very accommodating because we understand humans beings are running this operation. When one of our guest asked for a glass of wine, she made a joke and said I can’t serve you “you’re cut off” and then said “I’ve never said this before I don’t know why I joked about it” and Profusely tried to apologize because we didn’t get her “joke”. She also cleared glasses that were half full and never bothered to check in with guest to see if we were done with our drinks. She clearly knew being a party of 8 she was going to get her tip anyway so decided to be rude no matter the consequence. I will never go back to this place and will never recommend craft and vine to anyone I know. Expensive product but tacky experience. 0/10.

Repulsive service. Dismissive and chaotic. We never received our drinks after30+ minutes. Ridiculous. Left before we had to experience the consequences of staying for dinner.

Our server Madison was outstanding. My wife and myself enjoyed beverages with Chicken Waffles and Parmesan Fries.

HORRIBLE service at this place. I came here yesterday evening for a friends birthday and we had a waitress named Michelle or something along those lines. the waitress was older and blonde and she did not seem to want to be at work. Anytime someone ordered a drink it took over 20 minutes to receive and mind you, the place was not packed at all. there was maybe 3-5 other tables there and if you've been to craft and vine you know how HUGE the restaurant is. I really wanted to like this place but it's TOO expensive for the quality of the food and service you get is just not worth it honestly. I'd rather go to downtown Fort Worth or Dallas for prices they have. Our waitress was very unprofessional, when ordering drinks on the menu she waited to tell one of the people in our group that the beer she ordered was out only after everyone else had gotten thier drink and had probably already gotten down to half. Our waitress was extremely rude as well and was trying to rush us out the door at the end of the evening and even went as far as telling someone at our table they were "cut off" when she ordered another drink after we asked for the checks (checks had not arrived yet and took 20 minutes or more to get which is why she ordered another drink) and when the group didn't respond that's when she said "I'm joking, I've never said that to anyone before" so I am not sure why she felt so much courage that night to say it to one of our friends and say that to someone who did not look or act like they needed to be cut off. She tried a joke and it didn't land, she got the right table at the WRONG time. dont waste your money on this place. Go anywhere else because the tip is also already included on your tab so regardless of the service they are already getting paid a 10% tip on top of your meal and drinks. #dobetter

This is an exceptional restaurant. The ambiance is great and our server MacKenzie did a fabulous job helping us select our food and drinks. The food was delicious and the timing of all the food was great. We never felt rushed and we really got to enjoy all the different items we ordered. Highly recommend!

Not a good poor on a double Woodford. It may have been exactly two shots but a good pour brings people back. Charged $2 for the large cube. The Ritz in LA charges $5 for the large cube but I’m in Roanoke. Will not return.

Went to Roanoke location tonight for a birthday celebration since we had liked it before. With a reservation we were seated quickly but that seemed to be the end of service quality. Though our server was nice we hardly saw her. Drinks for the table took 10 minutes, food much longer than needed, got an apology for that...but food wad less than stellar. Steak was very salty, ribeye was very over cooked, over seasoned and tough and other meals just blah. Oddly the only winning meal was a hamburger. It seemed that the servers were far too interested in the happy hour crowd. Also took 10 minutes just to get our check to us. Sadly disappointed and won't return.

I wanted sooo badly to love this place. We spent $200 for 3 mediocre entries, 1 charcuterie board, 2 amazing drinks, and HORRIBLE SERVICE!The waiter got our waters right away then disappeared for over 20 mins. which would have been understandable if the place had been packed but we were 1 of 5 tables in the whole restaurant at the time. The mixed drinks (classic old fashioned and a caramelized pear martini) were GREAT but we had to go to the bar to order them ourselves since our waiter disappeared. The real disappointment though was that food was underwhelming. The hanger stake was poorly cooked (some parts over and some way under) and the side of parm fries was basically in-n-out fries with some grated parm on them. The salmon was only ok...it lacked seasoning and it only came with a 3 slices of tomatoe and 1/2 of a sliced avacado.

Super delish!!! Bartender was fantastic and made me a drink from a Google recipe I showed her and it was the bomb! Pear/Prosciutto/Ricotta Flatbread and the Chicken and Waffle appetizers were extremely good. They were meant to be appetizers and turned into our dinner because we couldn't stop eating. So.... to be continued... ;p

Our server Sara did a wonderful job. Drinks were delicious. Food was not only delicious, but the presentation was gorgeous. I asked for a high top, but would get other option as it was loud where the high tops were located. Nice job. Would definitely go back if we ever adventure back to Roanoke.
