The brussel sprouts were very good, nice and crispy. The Cuban sandwich was delicious, and big enough to split! My daughter really enjoyed the chicken and waffles.

Prices were not bad. Food was good. Service is awful. Went on a Friday evening and not many customers. Was told to pick a table and someone would be with us. Waited for about 10 minutes and finally asked the young man that told us to pick a table if he was going to get our drink order. He said we didn’t sit in his section so he couldn’t wait on us. Was about to head out but asked to speak to a manager and he apologized, took our order and continued to wait on us throughout our meal. None of the waiters were wearing a uniform, looks more like the owners kids working there and they were more interested in talking to their friends. Not sure that we will be back. Only giving it three stars because of the manager.

I had a hamburger and it was good. I like mine a little more seasoned. We also had onion rings and they were delicious. By the looks of them I thought maybe I wouldn't like them, but I totally enjoyed them. We had some bacon wrapped stuffed jalepenos for an appetizer. The chicken inside was dry and they were cooked a little long I thought if it would of had a 1/4 of the chicken and been stuffed with cream cheese instead. But none of us cared for that appetizer. We sat on the patio. The atmosphere was great and the service was wonderful ?.

Used to be my favorite place in town, definitely my go to for burgers but recently has gotten more and more disappointing with each experience. This was by far the most disappointing, the quality, size, flavor not up to par and not a $12 burger.

Best burger & FRESH CUT FRIES I’ve had in 2 years. . Cooked perfectly and had a great flavor. Our server Gabriel did a great job as well and was very helpful and knowledgeable and his recommendations were spot on.

I had the regular Cheeseburger, and it was average. My son had the Big Papi Burger and really enjoyed it. Cheese Fries were underwhelming. Our Server was nice and helpful.

I found this place a week ago, and I’ve come back two more times since. This is the best burger joint in the area by FAR. First: the burgers are extremely flavorful. The Pattys are actually seasoned. And cooked to perfection.Second: the menu has a very nice variety of options.Third: the wings!!! Damn they’re delicious and cooked to perfection as well.I’m so happy they replaced Twisted Root! If you need a good burger and live in the trophy club/Roanoke area, this is the spot.

Ordered the Crazy Goat burger and Cheese Fries and was not disappointed. The flavor on both were excellent, and having the pieces of jalapeno with the cheesey fries gave it an extra little spicy taste -- not too strong though.I plan to go back again.

Great spot for a mouthwatering burger! Appetizer was good too. Ordered an Old Fashioned and they forgot the cherry, but they fixed it when I brought it to their attention. Service was slow, but otherwise a good experience.

I’ve been here twice before and was unimpressed. The chicken sandwich I had was bland and the burger was nothing special. I decided I give it another shot this morning for brunch.I go sit at the bar and the bartender was a little surly. I ordered chicken with biscuits and it came with eggs over easy (I don’t like eggs) so I asked they substitute the eggs for fries. The bartender says “I don’t think they’ll do that.” I asked why and she repeated herself then said “I’ll go ask” I sit there and wait for the all-mighty burger gods to bestow fries instead of eggs on me. She comes back and says “They say they’ll do it.” Welp…No Thanks. I’ll just leave but how kind of you to inquire. Listen, I’m a local. I live just around the corner. I want the place to do well, which is why I gave it multiple shots and even this time if it wasn’t good I wouldn’t have written a review but that interaction did it for me. Good Luck anyways. I like your bar set up, just not the ones you hire to tend it. However, if you are looking for friendly bartenders and good food. Just go to Jack &. Grill right down the street. That’s literally what I just did.

Food was good, the cheese fries and onion rings were great. Service was a little slow but not a huge deal. The waiter was good overall. The real negative about this place is the total lack of any vegetarian patty such as Impossible Meat or Beyond Meat. Not even a black bean Patty which is really bottom of the barrel. Probably won’t go back until there is an option like that. After all almost everywhere has a vegetarian option, even McDonalds.

This place used to be Lucy's a lot in the Grapevine. No they have opened up this small restaurant in Roanoke and it is fantastic. I have had several sandwiches and the food is Sooo good. also their Moscow mules are perfect. Hopefully they thrive here and is usually when I come to eat it is pretty empty much better than Jack and grill or some of the other restaurants on the strip check it out

It was great. Very different comfort food and so many choices. I got a goat cheese hamburger for the first time. I never knew goat cheese was sweet. My wife had waffle and chicken with coffee maple syrup. Never heard of that but it was great. Prices were very reasonable. Great atmosphere, service was perfect. Give them a try if you're in Roanoke.
