I usually do not write bad reviews because I work in customer service; I know how hard of a business it can be. However, this experience had so many faults that I am happy my calm collected boyfriend went in to talk to the manager instead of me.
We ordered one pizza and were given a notification it had been delivered when we were, in fact, pizzaless. We figured that it had been sent to the wrong apartment - obviously not cool but we just figured we’d call and sort it...read full review
I live exactly 1 mile from the Domino's in Roanoke. It took 40 minutes to delivery my pizza from the time the driver ( Peter) left at 10:11 he arrived at 10:51. I called the manager at 10:40 inquiring if they even made my pizza. He acted like he didn't care. That pissed me Off! When the driver arrived with a COLD Pizza I was done! I actually signed for the pizza at 10:51 drove to domino's and returned the COLD pizza at 10:53
