Pretty good lunch deal during the week. Got the sushi bento box. It was pretty good but too much rice. Also got the tonkatsu ramen which tasted good but it came out lukewarm.

My husband has always had good experiences here, so I'm bummed my first time was less than stellar. Our server was more concerned with every other table and didn't seem to pay us any attention. I'd blame it on the busy Saturday but honestly the resturaunt wasn't busy or full so I cannot see this as a valid excuse.
After waiting an exceptionally long time for our food and drinks, mine arrived but my husband's took an additional 10 minutes to come out with no explination Our server was on the other side of the resturaunt the entire time and couldn't seem to notice our table was missing any food.
We probably will not be back.

My and my wife's favorite sushi place. Always fresh, great tasting food and the service is always great.
Great sushi! Various options for sushi rolls that I have never seen before going to this restaurant such as Baked Sushi and Fried Sushi. ??Very friendly service each time that I’ve gone to this restaurant. ?The servers both times were very helpful when ordering from the menu and knowledgeable about the different kinds of sushi items on the menu.

We use to enjoy eating here but the service has really gone down hill. The main portion of our meal was left out of take out and it was a 45 minute round trip. Talked to the owner to try and make it right and they simply handed me what they left out and a coke. Personally, for $150 order to be missing items that were important enough to drive back…I expected something more significant than a 12oz coke. Stuff happens but you make it right.

Horrible dining experience. Sushi is always quite good but management has let the service deteriorate every single visit we’ve made for the past few years.Sat down and did not receive the ordered waters for 35 MINUTES!! Afterwards, the sushi rolls showed up 50 min later before the ordered appetizers. During the dinner the manager was requested and we were informed “the manager is not in tonight”. No control over the restaurant and no accountability to paying customers.Both tables to our left and right had similar experiences, one of which left before their drinks came out because it was so delayed.Hopefully for the sake of the Roanoke dining scene this restaurant can fix these issues because it has so much potential if management can simply put the customers first and fix the massive issues facing their service.
