Hat Creek Burger Company

We are exceptionally disappointed in Hat Creek corporate as well as their Roanoke , Tx location. Offered to do a spirit night way back in November - and have yet to hold up their end of the bargain. We brought the patrons specifically to help raise money for the local elementary school. Stealing money from local elementary school kids is a new low - especially when you advertise being all about the community and family.

This is one of our favorite places to go with young kids. Good food and a great area for the gang to play. It is an out door playground so keep that in mind on rainy or extremely hot days.

It took awhile for the food to come out. The fries were lukewarm. I would go to Whataburger near by as opposed to Hat Creek for burgers and fries.

People rave about this place, and I want to like it, but I just dont. Maybe it's just this location, it's the only one I've been to. It's just alright. Food is alright, feels like a slightly elevated mcdonalds. The playground is why I want to like this place. I can deal with alright food if I can let my kids play somewhere safe that's gated, this place looked so promising. I've been several times in the last month hoping that I'm just going on an off night, but after about the 3rd or 4th time I've determined that it's just how this place is. Kids that are too big or too old to be playing in the playground, they wrestle and fight and climb the fence and open the gate to run to the lot next door and get their ball, they're climbing on top of the slide, which then has my little kids trying to do the same thing. So I spend the entire time running to get my kids before they fall off the fence, or before they get caught in the crossfire of the wresting match going on in the open turf area. These kids parents aren't watching them, they're either inside not even pretending to pay attention to them, or they're sitting at a table drinking and have completely tuned the kids out. None of the staff come outside to correct anything or enforce any rules. It's just not an enjoyable atmosphere.

Was on a road trip and stopped at this place. Delicious burgers, grilled chicken was so good it reminded me of the Club Sandwhich I had at the Hilton College Station. Food is amazing, staff is friendly, the sauces are so good, 5 stars. Gourmet burger drive thru is right here!

Tasty burgers but prices are not family friendly. Portion size of the kids burger is about the size of a half dollar but cost $6.68 with cheese. Keto bowl was good.

The service is good, the food is 10/10. But I think it takes more staff for the food to be faster and the thin girl who took care of us didn't let us talk, she seemed in a hurry to finish that was the only thing we disliked. We hope to come back soon and this won't happen again
