It was slightly bizarre to walk in and see a small dog on the bar...literally drinking from a bowl with paws on the bar. I have a dog and this was still a bit off putting. The wait staff was kind enough, although it was super cold in the restaurant. I used the restroom and saw a waitress seemingly hiding and texting feverishly. She probably could have been more productive by emptying the bathroom garbage which was overflowing on to the floor.I was a bit disappointed with my chicken parm as it was over fried, rubbery and the single slice of mozzarella on top was not at all melted. I had moved all day into a new home and was famished. I ate the chicken. It was horrible. This is the very first bad review I have given and I feel bad yet I feel that management should be aware of what is going on, on a Monday at 6pm.We will definitely not come back and it is a shame because we frequent this adorable little strip of restaurants weekly.

I ordered through doordash. My pizza crust is burnt all around, I can't even eat that its super bitter and tastes like a cigarette. And they forgot to give my Dasher the drink. This happens all the time. Do people even check if a drink is on the order?? After reading so many good reviews I was more than disappointed. This pizza is not worth 20$...Update to respond to the owner:Thank you for your comment. I am sure this is not the usual quality, since I read a lot of good reviews! Doordash gave me a credit for the missing drink already, so I would feel bad to reach out to you for compensation as well. But I will try again next time I feel like having a pizza. Thank you!

We love Inzo’s but more than anything we love Taryn. She has given us the best of service for the last five years. She knows what we want before we do. Thanks Taryn for making us feel welcomed and valued as a customer.Kid-friendliness: We have two small grands and no matter their attitude that night we always feel comfortable taking them in.

Visited on the advice of my Pops, who’s been here several times and really enjoys the place. Cool little spot with a nice front patio and cozy tables in downtown Roanoke. Solid little Italian joint with good food and pricing and reasonably close to lots of other spots. Looks like a great place to check out on a Saturday night for a casual and cozy dinner.

Had the pleasure of going to this resturant the day before Valentines and still felt the love in the food!! The food, the staff and atmosphere were all wonderful! This is my first review for this year, but hands down I would say put this restaurant on your list of places to go in 2024. It's located in downtown Roanoke! You must try the Arancini for an appetizer! It's fried risotto filled with monzerella and a spicy tomato sauce! It was wonderful! Not to mention they have outside seating if you love being outdoors! Great place. I highly recommend!

Just picked up a to-go order. I am disappointed. Kids ravioli was fine. Calamari was not very good. Shrimp scampi was bad. It was overcooked in watery juice, instead of buttery garlic sauce. And to top it all off a couple of the shrimps were NOT deveined!!! Nasty!!! will not be returning. $40 disappointment!!!!

Inzo is one of our favorites! Delicious food, great wine, and reasonable prices. We’re always treated like family when we dine there. The pizza is especially wonderful! If you’re looking for a cozy date night, or a relaxing place to go with friends, Inzo is the perfect place!

Me and my husband loved it.First time here, atmosphere was good a little loud but we still enjoyed ourselves.I got heart shaped raviolis in vodka sauce yummy, the flat bread on the appetizer menu was very good.My husband got the spaghetti he liked it.We loved the free Photo Booth, felt like big kids.Definitely got to go back and try the pizza.

Our waiter did a great job being responsive while giving us space to talk. The salads were fresh while having the right amount of dressing. The cheesecake dessert was on point with my girlfriend. However. May I suggest you play some stereotypical opera, Pavarotti perhaps? The background music sounded like Eddie Vedder started reading an Italian phone book with knockoff swing in the background. Perhaps you can just play on loop Will Ferrell Singing “Por Ti Volare” as seen in Step Brothers' Ending?
