I think our waiter was Sam I asked if they had any like birthday freebies. The answer was no but he went out of his way to get me a free ice cream brownie desert and that was pretty awesome. Do not get Margaritas from here, mine tasted like soap. Bloody Mary's were great just wish there was olives and toppers in the drink. It was kind of plain. There was a moment where I was watching The cooks becauseit was taking kind of a while to get our food. I think we waited almost 30 minutes. The owner I believe noticed me looking and sent our waiter over to attend to us. I appreciated that even if I didn't need help. And he did later come to me and tell me happy birthday. Little things like that add up. I think the food was great I loved my hamburger. Very flavorful.

Felt welcomed at this restaurant. Went for the 1st time today. Fried pickles and the jalapeno sauce for dipping were very tasty. The hostess was gracious, our waiter was perfect and I believe we may have met a manager who stopped by our table. Thank you for having us! will be back.

We LOVE Jack N Grill and go there often. It is our go-to place in Ronoake. That is saying a lot for a town that has Hard 8 and Babes just a couple of blocks down the street. We have rarely ever had any food or service that wasn't great here.My one small complaint is that because of the acoustics inside, when they are really busy, it can be quite loud. But the patio is excellent in good weather.
The appetizers are delicious. Try the wings. The burgers are very tasty, and the service was excellent.

Me and my girlfriend came here maybe a year ago. We asked the bartender to recommend us any 2 appetizers. He brought is the spicy honey Flatbread they have and omg it was delicious. We now come here specifically for the Flatbread.

Well, never eating here again. This is the 2nd time we had the server, Cameron and he has been rude BOTH times. My wife and I live nearby in Keller and love visiting a lot of the different restaurants in this area. This used to be one of our favorites. We mainly sit at the bar and have always had a good service from the bar staff. But if you get a young good looking kid who is your server who has no customer service skills ask you if you need anything and then immediately walks away before you even have a chance to say anything and goes and hangs out by a station with several other wait staff only to roll his eyes when you raise a hand from across the room because he doesn't notice or seem to care that you have a cup of nothing but ice and need a refill then ask for a different server. He acted this way the first time we were waited on by him about 2 months ago and my wife told me not to make a fuss so I didn't. This time around to get the same kind of service I'm sorry maybe because you're a good looking guy who never has to answer to anyone that you think that serving people is just beneath you but I'm definitely not going to keep coming back now that I know it's the norm
