Ordered curbside pickup- god forbid I inconvenienced the female employee that brought my food out to me considering the attitude she was giving. Then I open my food which was a cuban wrap and where the food? I have a slice of each ingredient and then a bunch of air. I can literally see through the middle of my wrap! Charging $10 for nothing

They now outsource ALL deliveries to a third party, and there is no way to know this or track your order. Orders consistently take over an hour to arrive. One order I placed earlier this year took almost 2 hours.

I put in a catering order for my work associates with a little of everything. Ordering was nice and simple and we got our order delivered in a timely fashion. The sandwiches were put together well and everyone enjoyed their food. Pro tip: get the pickles. They’re really crunchy and have a really nice taste!

11:15am on. Tuesday. 5 people in here waiting on their sandwiches. Everyone looked very annoyed. I get my sandwich 20 minutes later. Three employees all working as slow as humanly possible. Who’s managing this place?

The girl who helped me was incredibly rude. I already wrote to corporate because it was that bad. I used to prefer this location but now I’ll be going to southlake or grapevine. I’d like the owner to watch the tapes of the incident because I felt like I was in an episode of Seinfeld. Insane.

Not Freaky Fast!

We ordered delivery from Jimmy John’s expecting the brand’s signature freaky fast delivery and they subbed it out to Uber Eats.

Had we known that would happen, which they don’t disclose, we would have gotten something faster.

Really disappointing to see a business moving away from what made them successful in the first place, and not being open with their customers about the actions.

Really disappointing treatment today ... ordered delivery through their website, 90 min later I called for order status .. was told uber eats picked it up and I needed to call them about the order .... I mentioned i didnt call or use uber eats ... they said sorry we only have 1 driver cant help you call uber eats not our problem. Never received order .... I really liked that place too ...order for pick up only or don't order at all .... beyond rude
