I placed an order on the app for this location. And I go there to pick up my food and it's closed all the windows are blocked and they're no longer there, but they took my money. I was told it would be refunded to me and it was not, very disappointed in Jimmy John's for allowing that to happen. If the location was closed the order should have never went through

Came in to order my lunch and it took 15 minutes to get my food. Should have noticed all the people waiting. Great sandwiches but not freaky fast. Hire more people and pay them what they’re worth! Especially now that your prices have gone way up.

I came in on a Thursday night and they were pretty busy and only had 2 people working. I waited about 10 min which didn't seem that long to me since there were a few people ahead of me but the guy was nice and attentive enough to give me a free brownie. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. Thanks so much!

Just watched someone knock the spatula on the ground for the toasted subs and then immediately use it again to take out and put in subs. GROSS. Lauren needs safe food handling training again.

Felt super bad for the one employee working this location, he’s a stud but overwhelmed with customers and help. As a business owner myself I don’t understand the mindset of not helping your guys out when busy. Hopefully the owner of this place will help him out in the future.

The manager at this location is way too incompetent to have the terrible attitude he does every time a customer walks in. Stay away from this location. Will mess up your order or just not make it at all. Spend your money elsewhere.

It seems lately that every fast food establishment always leaves out something on my order or messes up my order in some way or another. Not Jimmy John's in Roanoke!! They always get our order correct. On our most recent order, we ordered 5 different sandwiches. Every one was exactly as we ordered, all the way down to condiments, cutting in half and labeling each sandwich to the correct person. We actually called JJ's and spoke to Justin, their manager. He seemed surprised that we calling to say thank you and tell him what a pleasure it is to order from them because it's always right. I guess most people only call when an error is made. 😊 Also, a shout out to Jacob, the person who made our delicious sandwiches. Thanks Jimmy John's, Justin and Jacob. Keep up the great work. 😀 Please visit them and you won't be disappointed.

There are so many things to say about this perfect establishment but I’ll keep it short. The absolute chef that is Jacob perfectly made my sandwich I was absolutely stuffed when I left. Jacob stuffed my sandwich with toppings and was very welcoming. When I left I found myself with not just a new friend but a brother.
