Update. Frustration is the norm for this location. Ordered on mobile app. and arrived within 10 min. Was the only one in drove thru. Was told to wait. And I waited. While 2 cars pulled up beside me and were sent through ahead of me. Finally got to window and they parked me. Had given 1star. Manager realized we were being mistreated by counter help and was very attentive. Got us our missing food and delivered to table. Showed genuine concern that we were unhappy. Manager saves the day. Sausage and egg tasted funky today tho. 1st review 1* with following comments: Rudest service ever. In dfw. Will ignore you.

Received the rudest service through the drive through. Driving the kids to their grandparents house and they wanted drinks, it’s the only thing they are allowed to ingest from McDonalds. My 5 year old changed his soda to a blue icee right after we gave them our mobile order number. We asked at the first window if he could change it so we could pay the difference if possible and he told us to go to the next window. We went to the next window and this was the rudest person, I wish I knew his name but no one wears name tags. We explained the same thing to him and you would think we asked him for the secret recipe to the Big Mac sauce. He rolled his eyes and cut us off when we were talking. Didn’t even matter what he was saying it was how he was delivering it. My husband ran in to get the extra icee because the guy at the window told us to drive through the drive through again to get the extra drink, that’s when he noticed that no one had name tags. The quarter pounder was not available because they were out of the quarter pounder meat, I was so confused by this, I thought all of McDonalds meat was part beef part pink slime. Needless to say, if you are having a bad day, skip this drive through!
Dietary restrictions: Processed meat or fillers are used in all meals which is not recommended because our bodies does not know how to store genetically modified food.

This McDonald's like the rest, always have all their orders magically skip the "In Progress" stage and instantly all end up on the "Now Serving" screen. Mystifying isn't it?
I haven't figured out the cause in latency between the now serving stage and actually getting my food but oh well

I bought a breakfast meal, they gave me my order without soda and hashbrown, I notice the soda, but since the order was to go, disnt notice the hashbrown until I made my destination

This location is very efficient. Order from the in app, walked inside, waited 30 seconds and food was at counter. Food I rate as a 2 cause it's McDonald's which is nasty but you just seem to tolerate once in awhile. Atmosphere- it's McDonald's smh.
