This mcdonald's is by far the worst in the area. They are slow and rude. They gave me a melted frappuccino that had been sitting for 20 minutes well they made my burger. One of the workers took my drink out of the building and tried to give it to other customers before bringing it back in. Next time i go to McDonald's for lunch I'm going to the one on timberland and beach.

They never smile and act like it’s a chore or unreasonable to provide a good guest experience. The only reason I even go there at all is because my daughter loves the chicken nuggets and fries, but I guarantee you that when she is over this faze, I will NOT be going back here.

Ordered food at the kiosk Sunday morning November 2nd, 2025. Waited for 30 minutes while only the drive-thru was served food and had to leave without my food to make it to worship. They were normal levels of busy that morning which isn't nothing to sniff at but nothing outside expected and manageable. It doesn't get much worse service than to have to leave without the food you paid for.
