I went after lunch time so when I got there it wasn’t busy. I still waited 15 minutes in drive thru. The people were courteous but that makes little difference when you’re serve mostly veggies instead of an appropriate amount of noodles for your side. The entree portion was good. When I ran inside to get some additional napkins I realize why I had waited so long. There were only 3 people for the front of the restaurant. One for drive thru. One for cashier and another doing online orders and running the line. These people are being over worked and I’m pretty sure underpaid considering all they’re doing. To the manager, hire more people or stop being greedy about your bonus and schedule additional workers.

I was served by Vianey tonight and it was such a pleasant experience. Customer service has been lost in alot of establishments, but it has not been lost with her! She was friendly and welcoming then threw in a sesame shrimp sample when I was acting interested in it. Thanks Vianey!! You keep being nice! Random kindness changes the world!

Props to Panda Express for having power greens available, but I would prefer less cooking oil on the food. Excellent orange chicken.

I understand that drive thrus are not made for speed, they are made for convenience. However, there is no reason that a customer should have to sit in the drive thru for more than 20 minutes for ONE PLATE. The order was one plate. Then the food was cold so it certainly was not made fresh.

I will never return to this location.

Used to be good. Now the orange chicken is so soggy and mushy, and the chow mein is chopped into tiny pieces. Why would they even chop it? It's supposed to be noodles.

I already have 5 visits to this restaurant and the last visit I had, the Hindu woman who is in charge wants to charge me more

New company policy! you have to ask for sweet-and-sour sauce when you order eggrolls! I drove my an** all the way home to find that I had no sweet-and-sour sauce. Silly policy

I stop at this location from time to time as it is on my to work. The food is usually good but the quality tends to fluctuate. Sometimes the orange chicken is crispy and seems very fresh and other days the food is a little overly soggy. This store will frequently mess up my orders or give out the wrong food. They have even repeated my order back to me and then forgotten items. Please make sure to check your food once you get it to ensure you were provided what you requested.
