Emily took care of my order at the drive-through today, She was so kind and helpful! Emily helped me navigate the menu while having dietary restrictions. She truly made my day! I was shocked to see that her name tag said she was in training Because she was so good at her job! I haven’t been to Panera in a long time But because of my experience with Emily today, I plan to be back more often!

We got 2 orders of their mac-n-cheese and both my kids got sick. One ended up throwing up all night and then ended up having diarrhea; the other kid had her inner mouth and throat swollen up. I then called the store manager called and she was rude, instead of saying "sorry and let me look into it", she was upfront defensive about the food quality. All I wanted was an apology, but she was so so rude.I am talking to my attorney now...

I rarely eat at Panera, but based on my last visit to the Roanoke, TX location, I'll never return to any locations. Craptastic service, zero pride in anything, all the tables we saw had filth, gross floors with food bits all over... Super wide parking spaces though, that's worth a star :-)

We got a refund. because people that came in 10min after we ordered got their food food.when we asked after a good 20minutes it was just a blow off excuse so we got a refund and went across the street and our food there.
They have a bad habit of closing the restaurant much earlier than posted hours with no warning. I’ve had it close an hour and half early before.

The people who work here have always been nice and courteous. Their drink station smells like a sewage and is always sticky. The cleanliness of this place is in question for sure. I only get coffee.

The food was great,the wife and I shared the new Italian sandwich and the new chicken sandwich. The cleanliness of the store was not very good, most tables and chairs could have been cleaned, instead of the workers all screwing around in the back

I could not be happier with the service and speed of our catering service today. We had a fire drill moment with a last minute order after finding ourselves without lunch because it was missing on a hotel beo. It’s not always possible for restaurant locations to handle day of catering orders. It’s a huge ask! We are extremely grateful to the Panera team for pulling this together so we could feed our WWII veterans and guests lunch today. They really came through and I can tell they worked as a team to make this happen. When the food got here, it was all super fresh. 10/10 recommend! Great job, Panera team! Thank you!!!!
