Spent $22 on chicken noodle soup. It was broth with 3 carrot pieces, a few noodles, and a couple tiny shreds of chicken. Extremely salty. Soup out of a can is better. Will not be back.

Overall good experience. Would have liked a gluten free option. Decent coffee and appreciate that they have ceramic cups making the environment feel even more cozy.

Food was good as usual but cashier basically told me what I was ordering... but I ordered what I wanted... a full sandwich with a bowl of soup. She rings up the pick 2. And then selected no sides! I told her twice!!! When I got my food I was given a dirty spoon, gave it back and the guy looked irritated! Never have I ever experienced such horrible experience!!

Very long wait at the drive through to pickup an order. Rude staff that blamed the wait on the fact that we used the drive through for pickup. We will not eat here again based on the experience.

Emily took care of my order at the drive-through today, She was so kind and helpful! Emily helped me navigate the menu while having dietary restrictions. She truly made my day! I was shocked to see that her name tag said she was in training Because she was so good at her job! I haven’t been to Panera in a long time But because of my experience with Emily today, I plan to be back more often!

We got 2 orders of their mac-n-cheese and both my kids got sick. One ended up throwing up all night and then ended up having diarrhea; the other kid had her inner mouth and throat swollen up. I then called the store manager called and she was rude, instead of saying "sorry and let me look into it", she was upfront defensive about the food quality. All I wanted was an apology, but she was so so rude.I am talking to my attorney now...
