To say this Pizza Hut is GREAT is an understatement. I am in the Roanoke area for the summer. I have received the best service & food from this location and I’ve been to many as we are a Pizza Hut loving family. We have gone to the daily buffet, picked up take out & had it delivered and each time it’s been fantastic. The managers and team are always friendly and courteous. Thank you so much for getting back to basics and making your customers happy. It’s truly a rarity these days.

I stood at the front counter for at least 8 mins NO ONE not even the manager acknowledged me standing there never greeted me. Not sure what the problem is/was.

I ordered 4 pizzas and one was made wrong and I called and because it came from Doordash I couldn't the correct pizza made without paying for it again. Doordash wouldn't refund my money and I had to pay for another pizza. I will not be ordering there again. The manager would not make it right !!!
