Did the buffet at lunch and it was good. Pizza kept coming and the waitress keep my drink full. I will definitely eat here again.

To say this Pizza Hut is GREAT is an understatement. I am in the Roanoke area for the summer. I have received the best service & food from this location and I’ve been to many as we are a Pizza Hut loving family. We have gone to the daily buffet, picked up take out & had it delivered and each time it’s been fantastic. The managers and team are always friendly and courteous. Thank you so much for getting back to basics and making your customers happy. It’s truly a rarity these days.

I stood at the front counter for at least 8 mins NO ONE not even the manager acknowledged me standing there never greeted me. Not sure what the problem is/was.

I ordered 4 pizzas and one was made wrong and I called and because it came from Doordash I couldn't the correct pizza made without paying for it again. Doordash wouldn't refund my money and I had to pay for another pizza. I will not be ordering there again. The manager would not make it right !!!

My pizza and bread sticks were under cooked. The crust was so doughy. What happened to Pizza Hut? They used to be so good. The worse pizza I have ever got
We went to Pizza Hut on a whim, we had a great server, got exactly what we ordered and quickly while it was hot. Salad was delicious and the pizza as well. So happy we went, it was all delicious.

Such an excellent meal & level of service Adaira! The cooks did an excellent job on our meal of pizza, wings and sandwiches.
Adaira rocked as a waitress. Pleasant, quick and could read our mind before we actually asked for anything.
Music selection of classic rock was especially wonderful! Definite in our restaurant rotation.

They had 8 pizzas and 2 different bread sticks and 1 pasta so it's an ok variety but the salad bar was none existent. If you want a salad it's in a fridge but I don't know if you want extras on it where you get them
