Very disappointed with the food quality at Popeyes. The chicken tasted old, oily, and not fresh at all. The overall taste was terrible, and the hygiene standards did not seem good. This was honestly one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had. Definitely not worth the money.

I've had mixed results at this location. I get that staffing is difficult in fast food. This location should really consider throwing out old chicken. All 14 pieces of chicken where totally dried out. My son was the only one who could eat it so we threw out most of the chicken.
Looking at the other recent reviews, I would suggest the owner of this franchise review what is happening here. This really hurts the reputation of Popeyes.
I hope they can turn this around but it will take the ownership to understand what is happening.

The chicken tenders are very tasty—usually go for chicken legs which are my favorite.
AWARENESS FOR EVERYONE:
The worst tenders i have ever had. Very less chicken with hard crust like a rock. I left like i was chewing rocks.
My father's crown came off and his tooth started bleeding.
These cheap quality tenders ended our 2025 in pain. And now tomorrow i will have to spend my day at a dental clinic.
I want the team to contact me asap so that we can discuss this matter in detail.
