The Food is pretty good, I don’t ever wait long to receive it but on 12/18/24 particularly, they had a guy running the drive-through who became agitated when I changed my order slightly. It was not any inconvenience to him but he made his agitation somewhat known when I went to hand him my debit card. I told him if it was any inconvenience to not worry about it and I’d just stick with the medium sandwich. He handed me the sandwich i ordered and somewhat aggressively told me to “enjoy” whilst pointing at me. I got to wonder now if he tampered with my food or not versus just enjoying it. Tried to call but nobody answered and no sign of any managers.

So very grossed out now. I love schlotzskys but to pull up and pay to see the same girl taking my payment and making the food isn’t clean. Aren’t you supposed to be wearing gloves or something. Then upon opening my sandwich it was missing several ingredients. Managment please help!

Never had a bad experience anywhere with this chain. Two little girls running this place need a new job. Pricing things wrong, trying to hand over someone else’s order, couldn’t get the order right, just an over all nightmare. The purple haired one came back to offer a free brownie but the experience is terrible. Took 20 minutes to get through the drive through for two items with no line.

Tried to buy gift card, but store had no manager on duty. Staff was all in back and had to ring a bell to get one person to come out. When they did they said no manager on duty and that none of them knew how to do a purchase for a gift card!

Ordered takeout today for 12pm. Walked it 5 minutes before 12. Didn’t get our takeout until 12:14pm!
One sandwich was incorrect and order was incomplete. 3 missing bags of chips, missing water bottle and a missing tea.
Front staff lack of any care for customer and non communicative as well.
This was not a positive experience. Owner/manager needs to care for and train their staff.

Was having a not so great day. Not counting the over 6-hour drive in front of me. Stopped at Schlotzsky's drive-through. Told them the number 5 light ice on the Dr Pepper and bbq chips. The respondent only heard the drink order. I clarified the order. Drive to the window where (assuming he) is hanging out, and he said do you want a #5 i said yes resold the order a 3rd time and he said ok cause I thought you wanted just a drink and snatched my card out of my hand. At the point no total or order was read to confirm he understood. Specially since this is 3rd attempt. But snatching my card and the received attitude was saved only because I was in my work vehicle. I would have assaulted him that day if not.

I have never had this experience here, very disappointed. 1st I'd like to say the people working were very nice and tried to accommodate the best they could. We were in line (after ordering) for 30+ minutes for 2 sandwiches. 1 was NOT supposed to have tomatoes because my fiancé is allergic, which they still put on there. It seems as though 2-3 of them were new and they was no manager to help them in site. I would like to be contacted to resolve this issue. This was a horrible experience.

Google says they close at 10pm. The door says they close at 9 pm. I’m here at 8:20pm and they are closed on a Friday night.
The food here is amazing, but customer service at this particular location is so bad. I’m new to the area, The drive thru staff are ALWAYS rude.

Wow this location is terrible. Walked in and nobody was inside. Waited by the register for 5+ minutes and nobody came out from the back to take an order. Tried to say hello and heard rummaging in the back but nobody came out. Decided to go next door.

Scammers and bad service. Picked up order and many things were missing. Said they don’t offer refunds for that and are had to close right then due to lack of staff.

Schlotzsky’s Roanoke is awesome. My favorite is the California chicken flatbread . The service here is very friendly and food is fresh .
