The Food is pretty good, I don’t ever wait long to receive it but on 12/18/24 particularly, they had a guy running the drive-through who became agitated when I changed my order slightly. It was not any inconvenience to him but he made his agitation somewhat known when I went to hand him my debit card. I told him if it was any inconvenience to not worry about it and I’d just stick with the medium sandwich. He handed me the sandwich i ordered and somewhat aggressively told me...
I don't normally do Schlotzsky's, but I thought I'd give them a try at the Roanoke location. Well...that didn't go so well. I wanted the French dip....their out of French dips. My wife wanted a pastrami....they were out. Sorry, but if you don't have what's on your menu, then how can I give you a chance.
Amazing food, when you just need half a sandwich now and the other half later. The staff is very young and you may need to check your order. Condiments, napkins, and sides should be asked for before you pay. They seem to disappear from the window after you have paid.Clean restaurant, fast service, and good food.
