If Smoothie King gave out crowns, Cayleigh Bell would be wearing one every shift 👑🥤. She is hands-down the BEST! Every time I come in, she greets me with the brightest smile (seriously could light up the whole store), and somehow makes my smoothie taste like pure happiness in a cup. 🌈✨ Not only does she make the best smoothies (perfect balance, never watered down, always on point), but she’s also just the sweetest and most adorable person to be around. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers, which makes the whole experience 10x better. Cayleigh isn’t just an employee—she’s the heart of this Smoothie King. If you haven’t had a smoothie made by her yet, you’re missing out big time. She deserves all the stars and then some. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

LOVE this Smoothie King location in Roanoke. I stop in at least 1-3 times per week. They know my order, my name, and always express sincere appreciation for me being there. Not all Smoothie King locations are equal… this location and this team is truly awesome. The Smoothie King in Roanoke sets a very high standard for service and they make really great smoothies. My 5 Star review is 100% the real deal… awesome - awesome - awesomeness!

This location has by far the most respectful staff I’ve ever met. Brandon the manager introduced himself so politely and was very informative about what Smoothie King had to offer. He raved about his staff and it was so noticeable his team is amazing under his management. Kudos to the young men and women working for this location! Joshua, Makenna, Trinity, Elijah were a few I can remember being mentioned. To the others I can’t remember, you all are amazing!! I have nothing but optimism for Brandon and his team. I absolutely loved everything about my visit. I’ll surely be visiting more frequently.

Brandon DeLeon makes a fire Gladiator smoothie straight up the best in the game. Dude blends it with perfect consistency, packs it with flavor, and somehow makes it hit even harder after a workout. If you pull up to Smoothie King and he’s working, you already know you’re in for the elite treatment. 10/10 would recommend this is not just a smoothie, it’s an experience.
