Nothing special but that’s a compliment. You order, get your order. You leave. Wait times are almost nonexistent which I appreciate and the staff is courteous and prompt.

Terrible place. I waited 39 minutes for my order. They are very disorganized; they don't prepare orders in order of arrival, but rather randomly, whatever they feel like preparing first.

the service here is always fantastic, the baristas are super friendly and usually quick! plus they keep the place clean. genuinely lovely people. but i've gotten bad coffee and subpar baked goods one too many times. my croissant today was so burnt and my white mocha tasted like pure water and syrup! when it's good, it's great, but it gets pretty bad

Used to be my favorite location but the new staff they’ve brought in are not friendly at all. Ignored my husband who waited 25 minutes for a coffee that was sitting by the register and told him he should’ve gone through the drive thru. Really disappointing since I’ve been a regular at this location for almost 7 years.

I’m a frequent Starbucks customer, but something about this location really stands out and not in a good way. It’s constantly overcrowded with students camped out for hours, turning the café into more of a library than a coffee shop.

While I appreciate seeing students focused on their work, Starbucks is meant to be a place where everyone can comfortably enjoy their food and beverages. At this location, it’s almost impossible to find a seat, which makes it frustrating for paying customers who just want to relax for a bit.

This store needs to strike a better balance. Starbucks is not a library, and the current setup makes the experience less enjoyable for regular customers.

I go to Starbucks at least twice a week. This is my first time to this Starbucks. What a horrible disappointment. I got a hot Americano with light cream ( my usual). My coffee was ice cold. It was white. I’m not sure it’s even coffee. I think it’s just cream. They were not nice and I threw this cup of cream away. I would have gone back, but I was on my way to a meeting and didn’t have the time. Go to another one!!

Not sure why I am having such problems with Starbucks. After ten minutes I asked about one of the three drinks I ordered. Got the food got two drinks but one is missing. Drive through is now empty and the two people inside have drinks. At 15 minutes I requested a refund. 3 of the four employees were standing there while one was making mobile orders. This location needs better employees.

The coffee is great and the inside and staff are nice. My only problem has been out of the last 6 times I have been there they have made the drink wrong, with poor quality, or just flat out gotten the drink order wrong.

I’m usually not a big fan of Starbucks coffee, but this location really surprised me in the best way. The drink I ordered was actually really good, and the service was even better. Despite their morning rush, the staff were friendly, efficient, and never made me feel like an inconvenience. Everything came out quickly and just right. Definitely one of the better Starbucks experiences I’ve had.

I came to this store on Fathers Day yesterday. Emma helped with our order. My son could not stop talking about her (Emma) yesterday. He said Margo Robbie got nothin on her! lol.
