I've had it with the Starbucks location in Roanoke. For the second time now, I ordered a chai latte with a shot of espresso, extra hot. What did I get? A lukewarm flat white with no hint of chai or espresso. This isn't just a small mix-up; it’s a complete disregard for what the customer asked for. The consistency of errors at this location is frustrating and frankly unacceptable. It’s not difficult to get a simple order right, especially when you consider the premium prices we pay. Very disappointing. 😒

This location needs to work on cleanliness. The floors and table tops were dirty, the displays were messy, and the restroom was out of hand soap. 😕

Went to get a cold brew and spinach egg white wrap. Got my coffee pretty quickly and, to my surprise, my wrap as well. Went to bite into the wrap and noticed it was really cold when it's usually hot. Looked at the bag it was in to see the sticker printed on it said it was from 11:33 AM... I ordered at 12:45 so needless to say, I'm pretty sure the wrap probably came from a pick up order that never came and was sitting for an hour then given to me. Disgusting. Was in disbelief they actually gave me this and thought I was A) too dumb to notice or B) really just did not care. Coffee was fine. The sticker on that said 12:45 so at least they didn't give me hour old coffee on top of that.

I was here recently in a meeting with my wife. I received some of the best customer service during my visit. The team they had working was very welcoming. Will definitely stop by more often.

The shaken espresso tasted good but my complaint is that there wasn’t much in the cup because they filled it up almost to the top with ice
3 employees just standing , been waiting for 10 minutes and they are just chillen no sense of urgency, mind you it's almost 8 pm and coffee doesn't take 10 minutes without A SINGLE PERSON WAITING FOR A DRINK , WHY HAVE 3 PEOPLE IF YOU ARENT GONNA WORK ?

I spill my coffee on me due to the lid not being properly secured on the cup. When I tried to give the cup to the lady she told me they don’t take old used cups. One it was spilled on me not old or used. It’s the way you say it. I can understand if you had said it’s company policy that we can not take cups. Please know you don’t know what a person is going through and you could have been more professional.

The staff was friendly (hence more than the one star), but I don't think they understand hot tea. I ordered it with an extra bag for strength (they use bags, not loose leaf tea) and a bit of milk to ease the tannins. Less than three minutes later I received a warm (not hot [I doubt boiling water was used or that the milk was added last]), hazy-watered cup with three tea bags floating in it, yet the water was still largely transparent for lack of steeping. Few questions were asked regarding my preferences. Honestly, I expected little from this cup of tea, but there are few options for a cup of hot tea when away from home. Twenty minutes of steeping later, the tea is still pretty flavourless, though I can feel the tannins. I feel it was pretty much a waste of $5.
