3 years ago this was my favorite Subway store. Lately it seems like the owner is trying to squeeze a dolar out of penny and not worried about customer satisfaction at all. Employee working today were very kind and attentive though!

Crazy but for whatever reason, this Subway forgot they're supposed to be able to make sandwiches. The young man behind the counter started out by letting everyone know they were out of olives, tuna, some of the cheeses, steak, etc.. The list just got longer and longer. The one employee who was making the sandwiches was overwhelmed, doing all the work. One employee just stood in the back. I could see her around the corner, she eventually came out, as the line just kept growing. There was another lady wearing a Tupac shirt with a subway name tag, possibly the manager, who just stayed in the lobby cleaning off tables. Since when did Tupac t-shirts become the uniform of subway employees? If the manager (Tupac t-shirt) or the other person could have helped earlier the line might have been shorter. It was very disappointing and not worth the trouble. I can't recommend anything because everything I attempted to order, they were out of half of the ingredients. I had to leave with no food. We ended up going around the corner to Chili's and had a great meal.

They are "Out" of numerous items!!!Waste of time! Hung in there for 2 items then after 5 more just left! Sucks cuz we haven't had subway in awhile!

First visit to this location which is close to my office. I'm standing in line behind two people and the manager who is clearly frazzled by having to wait on customers yells, (with an attitude), "we only got wheat bread so if that ain't what you want I'm just lettin' ya'll know". Great impression for my first visit! Clearly this location is poorly managed, I walked out and won't be back.

Every time I order from this store on the app there is always something wrong. Sometimes it’s wrong kind of bread, others, and most the time, they don’t toast my sandwich when I ask for it toasted.

We had worst service, the subway had no cheese, it was not toasted, no sauce and not made to order. We had another order and the person did not even bother to prepare the order. When waited for 10 minutes we requested her to prepare our second order and he was so rude and arrogant and prepared the second order the same way as first. When asked her if she toasted the bread, she was so rude to tell us go ahead and cancel the order. This is the way I prepare it. I know we have a rough day at work, but it should not be shown on food and customers. Hope it was a rough day for her but unfortunately we returned with non quality food when we were hungry.

Waited 5 minutes and watched while the manager counted down her drawer and immediately dug in the food making sandwiches.. turned right around and left. Called and she’s the manager apparently-will never eat there again.

Not staffed at lunch to manage customers in the store and online orders.(UPDATED) four months later and it's the same thing. Ordered online for pick up in 40 minutes. At the time it was supposed to be ready, I had to ask the one employee to make my order.Do yourself a favor, show up before the time they say it will be ready and make sure they make your order!
