Ms. Kelly has been around to several different Taco Bell’s over the years. I’ve always been overjoyed anytime I heard her sweet voice and funny jokes over the intercom! It had been about 5 years since I’d last seen her, when we were both in the NRH/Watauga area. I saw her again tonight in Roanoke and am SO glad to have her nearby again! As someone who has worked in restaurant management at a high level, Ms. Kelly executes all facets of her job at an incredibly high degree. Whatever she is being paid, it’s not enough! She deserves all the promotions. So rare to find an employee who can brighten your day every single time.

Was good until I showed up today at 7-1–25 around 6:30pm had an employee on the phone with the speaker on and high to everyone to hear. The other person on line was yelling not nice at all will not be back thanks

They have the AC turned down extra cold, had to wait like 20 minutes to get my food and there was nobody in there, they basically ignored me until I asked him where my order was. I ordered sweet tea which is not on the menu through the kiosk or in the app, they only have unsweet which is weird because they sell it but it's never been in the app or on the kiosk and this has been a problem for years. You have to actually ask somebody which is dang near impossible because they ignore you. Even after I placed my order the lady never brought me my tea, she made it for me after I asked her and left it on the counter in the back so I had to get the manager's attention and he brought it to me and that's when I realized it was unsweet tea so I had to go back up there and try to get someone's attention yet again to get the right tea. Taco Bell gives the smallest portions even though they have raised their prices exponentially and all Taco Bell locations operate this way. They have hard, metal back chairs that are very uncomfortable, pair that with how cold it is in there and there small portions and you have an awful experience. Save your money and go somewhere else cuz with Taco Bell apparently customer service and customer experience isn't a thing, they could care less.

I walked in the store and asked for a meal
The gentleman at the counter said they have a policy that they cannot take orders and I need to use the drive thru or kiosk.
The kiosk didn’t have the meal I was looking for and I again asked the two men behind the counter to take my order. They looked at each other and told me again they are not allowed to take orders.
I left and ate elsewhere.
