Went through the drive thru for dinner and had the sweetest worker greet us. Haven’t been here in a while so we needed time to look at the menu. They were very patient, kind, and helpful. Accommodating all our needs. Truly went above and beyond. Exceeded our expectations from any establishment!

No one greeted us upon arrival. We waited quite a while at the counter. Finally an employee came in to start her shift and asked if we had been helped. She clocked in and helped us. No one else ever said a word to us. Not even when I needed something else after getting our food. Terrible interaction with everyone EXCEPT the girl who took care of us. She was exceptional.

I feel for being shortstaffed, however when it takes close to eight minutes for someone to even look at me when I walk in the front door, something is wrong. Get it together.!
Home boys running the drive through so faded every single time and cannot get an order of 3 supreme tacos right ever it happens every time and yet I still pay for the supreme taco price. This establishment ridiculous. Home boys look like the just landed on earth that’s how high they were‼️

Have been coming here more often these past few weeks and I have to say, this location NEVER disappoints. Everyone here is always super nice, my food is always hot and fresh, and the service is always fast. Usually fast food places where there’s a lot of young people working get a bad rep but this store is phenomenal.

I’ve been living in trophy club for 13 years, and the Taco Bell in Roanoke has had its ups and downs. Over the last year or so, I don’t know what’s changed but EVERY-TIME I go there the person at the drive thru takes my order correctly, they’re friendly, very professional, and my food is always fresh. In the past I’d avoid ordering from them on Uber Eats because they’d literally always forget to add hot sauce no matter how many you ordered or even if you added a special note. Now, every order is on point. I ordered from them thru Uber last night and told my wife it was the best Taco Bell I’d had in a long time. I mean I’m writing a review on Taco Bell I had last night. That should tell you how impressed I am. If you’re reading this as a manager there, PLEASE don’t change anything and keep up the great work!
