The manager at this taco bueno is horrible and rude. Double charged me for a meal and wouldn't give me my food because it showed declined on her screen. I showed her my transaction history to show I had been charged but she didn't care and shut the drive thru windows on me. Apparently there is no way to contact corporate to complain so here I am leaving a review to warn others. This place has absolutely horrible customer service and the orders are wrong every single time I come to this location. By far the worst taco bueno I've ever been to. Doesn't help that most of the crew doesn't speak English so communication is nonexistent. If this is how they handle business I suggest just doing a chargeback with your credit/debit card because thats the only help you'll get with taco bueno

I got lunch here wholotta platter. My cheese was watery, chips taste old and my food was closed mind you I bought it early when they open. I will not be back

We just left this location and it was wonderful! Ernest was so nice very friendly and very helpful. He definitely has the best customer service! I haven’t felt this welcomed at a location in a very long time. Thank you Ernest

Ordered two bean burritos and two chicken potato burritos and apparently they heard one chicken potato burrito with a side of beans when I asked where my other part of my order was they're like oh this is what the receipt said but I ordered something completely different. They're like well the receipt says this I was like I clearly see that but that's not what I ordered, no one there speaks English so it was hard to get my point across.

I ordered 4 wholotta platters and a chicken quesadilla through the drive thru. They were out of rice so I asked if the could substitute extra queso instead and they agreed. When I got home with the order, they left out the sour cream, guacamole, extra queso, and the chicken quesadilla. They also must have been out of the to go plates for the platters, as everything was thrown into the bag separately. I tried to call them multiple times but the phone rang so long with no answer that it disconnected. The part of the order we received tasted fine, but the service and accuracy barely deserved the 2 stars I gave.

Went through the drive through last night. There was a piece of metal in our nachos. We tried to call the location and got a voicemail that is yet to be returned. Very dangerous, glad we noticed before someone swallowed it.

I love Toco bueno but the location in Roanoke, Texas sucks! The ppl take forever to ask what I need and they are not friendly. The ceo needs to come undercover and check it out for theirs self.
