We just left this location and it was wonderful! Ernest was so nice very friendly and very helpful. He definitely has the best customer service! I haven’t felt this welcomed at a location in a very long time. Thank you Ernest

Ordered two bean burritos and two chicken potato burritos and apparently they heard one chicken potato burrito with a side of beans when I asked where my other part of my order was they're like oh this is what the receipt said but I ordered something completely different. They're like well the receipt says this I was like I clearly see that but that's not what I ordered, no one there speaks English so it was hard to get my point across.

I ordered 4 wholotta platters and a chicken quesadilla through the drive thru. They were out of rice so I asked if the could substitute extra queso instead and they agreed. When I got home with the order, they left out the sour cream, guacamole, extra queso, and the chicken quesadilla. They also must have been out of the to go plates for the platters, as everything was thrown into the bag separately. I tried to call them multiple times but the phone rang so long with no answer that it disconnected. The part of the order we received tasted fine, but the service and accuracy barely deserved the 2 stars I gave.

Went through the drive through last night. There was a piece of metal in our nachos. We tried to call the location and got a voicemail that is yet to be returned. Very dangerous, glad we noticed before someone swallowed it.

I love Toco bueno but the location in Roanoke, Texas sucks! The ppl take forever to ask what I need and they are not friendly. The ceo needs to come undercover and check it out for theirs self.

This location is the absolute worst example of this chain. Staff leaning on front counter playing on their phones. Dining room was filthy...tables hadn't been cleaned off and floors had food on them in several areas. The food appeared thrown together. There were gnats and flies at the beverage machine and salsa bar. Totally unclean and disgusting. There is typically very little traffic at this location. Management should consider closing this location.

Used to work here at previous location that is now 151 coffee, always had black mold in ice and tea. Refused to let us clean it. Rats in traps everyday. Yummy

Used the drive through. Felt rushed, but the gentleman at the window made up for it somewhat, asking if he could get us anything else? Yes...salsa! The crispy beef tacos are my wife's favorite and didn't disappoint. I tried the "new" asada and carnitas street tacos. The strongest flavor in each was the corn tortillas. Dry and flavorless. Should have stuck with the standards...
