No greeting upon arrival from not one of the three employees. Stood in line by myself for close to 5 mins to pick up my online order. Customer service is dead these days for sure.

Possibly the worst TSC I have been to in a while. I understand mistakes are bound to happen, but it took three tries to get my wife's sandwich right. Additionally, the attitude when I informed you she can't eat tomatoes.... Was unnecessary. Ohh, and my wrap was cold. Won't be back to this one. I will drive further to get better service.

I love this place! Allison the GM is wonderful. She’s so sweet. My go to is the Chia banana boost with an extra scoop of protein. It is my go to when I don’t pack a lunch. These guys hook me up a solid two days a week! Great service great smoothies! Seven out of 10 stars.

Alexi was Outstanding! She was welcoming and friendly, in fact she smiled the entire time she was taking out order. She was patient as we changed our order a few times and made delicious smoothies. Thank you!

I came to the store shortly before close because I was nearby. I understand that it’s better to come earlier if you can but I didn’t think that the employees would retaliate against me just for ordering a smoothie late. I asked for them to replace the banana in my smoothie with a different ingredient and instead they put an overwhelming amount of banana just to send the message that they were upset. I know what the drink tastes like without any modifications and it doesn’t even come with as much banana as they put in it. If the staff members were upset, this was not a professional way to handle the situation. I hope management addresses this kind of behavior to ensure better customer service in the future.

I’ve gone through the drive thru twice at this location and both times have not been a great experience. A few nights ago, the store looked closed, lights were off but Google said there was 40 mins till closing. We order and staff seemed bothered that we did. Took staff 10 mins to greet us at the window then another 10 to get our smoothies. When we got our smoothies, they tasted so watery like there was more ice in it than actual ingredients. I like Tropical Smoothie but wouldn’t recommend this location.

The woman at the drive trough was very rude. I said hi when we pulled up and she just looked at me. I saud have a good day once we got our smoothie and again she didn't say anything. Go somewhere else!

We just waited around 20 mins in the drive thru for 2 small smoothies. While they apologized AFTER we finally got our order because they were having card reader issues-it would have been nice for someone to just open the window and tell us that beforehand. We were close to just leaving because NO ONE was at or near the window and we had no idea what was taking so long for such a small order. At one point we could even see the order just sitting by the window. Please be more communicative-it goes a long way.

I have been SO unhappy with Tropical Smoothie. The rude drive thru girl always asks if I want change back. Last time it was $8 change and this time $2 … umm yea, I want my change back?! Have you seen inflation! Then I asked her about it and she said it’s protocol. Total lies. I’ve heard that food has been spit in. Like what is going on. Probably will never go back for this reason. Also, there are a few really sweet ppl that work there… a couple of the girl and the guy with blonde hair is awesome. Y’all need to get rid of the bad apples and put some good ppl in minus the ones I mentioned above.

Waited 20 mins in the drive through for a flate bread and they didnt even get the right order! They were not sorry, and told me it will take 2-4 days to get my money back. Since I was on a time crunch and could not turn around to get the correct order since my order took 20 minutes to get through the drive thru! Heather the manager at the Roanoke location seemed clueless of what was going on in her store.

Very pleasant and knowledgeable staff. I needed coffee and about to order the Mocha Madness and staff very kindly asked if I needed the coffee taste or energy. He was upfront to let me know it would only have the taste of coffee but not the caffeine boost I needed! I got the very yummy Acai and Spinach Feta & Pesto instead and glad I did! Always love when eateries have good vegetarian options that are delicious and healthy!
